This is truly the worst post office I have had to deal with in all of my years on this planet. When it comes to delivering packages, they fail miserably. Last week, I had 2 packages on 2 separate occasions, not left by my door, not left in the parcel lockers for the apartments, but IN THE SNOW, just laying out by the mailboxes! Following that, I had a package handed to me at the door, but the other package that was to have been delivered, the online statement said "office closed, notice left." Such a bunch of incompetents! And when I call and try to talk to someone and get the situation corrected, I get more clueless people. No wonder the post office is going under if this is an example of what people nationwide are dealing with.

Im very disappointed in this facility... I used the the outside after hours box to mail 1 envelope going from Lakewood co yo another Lakewood co address.. The recipient never received it Im now countless hours into researching this , had to pay fees in amount if over 60.00 when said and done... Not one person at this facility has taken responsibility for their loosing my envelope... No answers that make sense... I was told today that my envelope that was going 6miles from me is gone!! Could be in Atlanta GA.... Absolutely no accountability!!!

I have a p.o. box ,my mail seems to take them a long time to put mail in the p.o.box ,always getting my mail 4 to five days after the date thats stamped on my mail ,I should be getting my checks on Fridays and dont seem to get them till mondays, very disappointed in services to my box. They never answer the phone ,I can here them pick up the phone and hang it up right after, horrible service.

This is one of the best post offices Ive ever worked with. The manager is very nice and really does care about the customers, I have and will continue to recommend this location to everyone. :) (a very satisfied customer)

This post office is one of the best Ive ever dealt with. My only complaint: the doorhandles and the pushbuttons near the entry doors are so dirty, with black dirt, that you really do not want to touch them.

When my regular postman is off I do not get my mail until 6 PM. I called and they are not really concerned that I am unhappy, could care less actually. I guess I have no option and that sucks.

this post office is most certainly open and quite busy most of the day. I have used it hundreds of times and continue to do so. The people who work there are quite polite and efficient.

This USPS doesnt scan pre-paid postage packages for "acceptance" unless you wait in line and get a receipt, so tracking that you pay for may not be visible when you look it up.

Its fine. My huge problem is with the hours, it is insane that Post offices close at 5:30. I have a job I should not have to take a day off to pick up my package.
