AMAZING SERVICE!!...... (end sarcasm) not really, actually, at all. I like to give people, especially random strangers, the benefit of the doubt and try to remain as positive and/or neutral as I can myself - but the lady on the phone wasnt having it. I asked her about a held package and she insisted she couldnt understand what in the heck I was talking about.. "held packages??!"... I explained I had gone online to set a hold on a package so that it wouldnt be returned to sender. I called to make sure it was there before I went over, but she started getting super impatient and catty with me... "We only have ONE holding shelf, and your package isnt there"... I could tell she was not a happy camper for whatever reason, so I remained as positive as possible, and I could hear her lightening up, but not quite "nice". Gonna act like an arse and you are in a position of service, get a different job already. You are making everyones day crap, as well as your own, Im sure. Steer clear of this location if you can.

Absolutely awful service. Aside from our mail getting delivered to incorrect places on more than one occasion, they also cant deliver in anything close to a timely manner. I didnt realize it took 4 days for a very important check to get to my home when it was sent from a location 30 minutes away. When I called to ask where the hell my check was they politely told me it should have been there and too bad we dont track letters and have the sender send another one(and go through USPS again for even more prolonged time). The institution sending it doesnt allow for picking it up. Meanwhile I have literally nothing since my check is somewhere in USPS world. No accountability for anything. Absurdly horrible and baffling experience. If I could give negative stars, I would. What a joke of a service.

I can honestly say I have spent more time dealing with problems coming from this post office in the last 2 months than I have anything else. Not only have they "misplaced" no less than 4 packages delivered to my home, but now a package sent from this post office has magically gone missing as well. Every package that goes through this building has been lost. If I could choose to use a different Post Office I would. It is shocking to me that there is no retribution for the hundreds of dollars of missing packages. All they tell me is to file a claim online. I tried to report to the BBB, but this location isnt even listed. The Postal Inspection Service will only file another claim. Nothing actually happens. I filed police reports, but yet again, nothing really comes of it. This is stealing.

if you want people to be rude and unprofessional this is the post office to go to I called into this post office just trying to get basic information in the middle of giving the postal worker my address she accused me of being rude to her at no point was I rude to her and I assume she was making an excuse to hang up on me she then rudely interrupted me again and hang up on me 10 minutes later I called back hoping to get a different person no such luck at the same rude lady realizing that I would not be helped by her I asked her for her supervisor she then hung up on me she said her name was Christy and shes the rudest postal worker ever absolutely will not get help from her she will accuse you of being rude to her just so she could hang up on you

I just had a embarrassing experience at this location. I asked if I could pick up a package that had arrived at their location, and the worker looked at the tracking number, went to the back, brought the package up, and then scolded me in front of the entire line of people. She said that this was really a hassle for her, that theres way too many people in line to bother with this (even though she did it in two minutes time), and that next time I come by, she wont do it for me. This was my first time asking to do this! I dont even have my packages shipped to this location very often, so the whole exchange was really odd. I left feeling everyones eyes on me, and embarrassed. I basically got scolded by a USPS employee for picking up a package.

If I could give them negative stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service, they have lost multiple certified letters and packages that were very important, said they would call if they found them, of course I never received a call. The asian woman who works there is by far the rudest person I have ever met, she will argue with you in front of 20 customers and have the nerve to even raise her voice at you even if you are keeping a calm and pleasant demeanor. I will most definitely be using a different post office.

The delivery driver refused to deliver a package containing a 30lb bag of dog food because it required a "team lift" yet when I went to pick it up, a petite female was able to lift it onto the counter by herself and handed it to me. I also carried the package by myself to my car and up the stairs to my house. Im sorry but this defines laziness to me- I certainly dont want anyone getting hurt but if you struggle to lift 30lbs up 1 flight of stairs it seems to me you are unfit to be a delivery driver.

22 people in line, 5 windows (4 of them closed) and a single, overloaded employee who takes the brunt of everything. Meanwhile, other employees are milling around in the back trying not to be seen. This line consisted of the elderly, moms with fussy kids and people now late for their jobs. This is absolutely the worst run post office Ive ever encountered, because the manager apparently does not give a rats ass as to how things operate (or not).

I had a package from Amazon delivered "air mail". I was not home, and whoever delivered it (not my regular postal guy since it was Amazon) threw it up to the second floor balcony. Unfortunately, he did not throw it on MY second floor balcony, but my neighbors. Fortunately, it landed on one of her chairs and was not damaged. However, this is unacceptable behavior. I am writing a letter!

Most awful postal service Ive ever had in my life. I just received a costly, important brochure that was pertinent to my business. It was totally destroyed and unrecognizable. This happens all of the time. Most every publication that I get is ruined in some way. These people simply dont care and the quality of service is pathetic. I cant wait to move out of this zip code area.

Liz, the supposed supervisor of that office is horrible. She is mean, rude, and will hang up on you if she does not want to deal with you. She will clam you are yelling at her when you are trying to ask her questions. SHE IS THE WORST postal employee I have ever dealt with, and I cannot believe she is the supervisor here. I will be filing a formal complaint with USPS

My mail has been delivered in the dark after 6:00 for more days than I can count. Not my regular postman. He was using a flashlight to see house numbers tonight. I did not receive ads that are always delivered on Wednesday. Also important mail I was expecting. I do not know what the problem may be but it desperately needs to be fixed.
