Ordered a package and was very apprehensive about using the USPS after issues with them before. This time I was at home and waiting. I leave to grab something and see the card left on my door. No knocks at the door, no contact attempted. The guy runs up, slaps the card on, and leaves. This is exactly what they did the last time. I work nights and I cant go to the post office before it closes. I called them today asking that they come back and they said theyd have the driver return. I call over an hour later, and they tell me they left him a message and havent heard from him. This lady was older than the other and told me thats all they can do before hanging up on me. What a joke. If I dont receive this package, Im going to complain to someone higher on the totem pole. This isnt the first time they made no attempt.

Not getting mail ever since moving to Morrison. The postal employee doesnt even bother to leave a pink slip trying to say the box is full. I called in and asked if my box was live and they said yes but the postal delivery member apparently has their own idea. I also dont really understand how one reviewer could say that another reviewer isnt telling the whole story when they couldnt possibly have any idea what the scenario is. This isn’t the first time this post office has had issues with getting people their mail. It’s clearly not the first time this has happened. That much can be said for certain.

I actually drive out of my way to go to this post office! Theres hardly ever a line (something I definitely can NOT say for the Littleton PO) and the employees are always helpful and always friendly. They even have candy on hand for my little people when I bring them along. To me, its the quintessential small town post office. Keep up the good work!

I love the multi shipping choices. You have overnight, 2 day, ground, and even Saturday delivery options!!! I just wish I had things to mail more often...Id be here like all the time. I might even camp out Sunday night to ensure I was customer number 1 on Monday AM.

This is by far the most friendliest post office I have been to. The customer service is incredible all the employees are incredible. I will drive out of the way to go to the post office because all the others are rude and understaffed. Thank 151 Summer St!!!!

We paid extra to get a package quickly and they found it about 6 months later "leaning against the wall in a corner." Mail is often delivered to the wrong mailbox. On the other hand, the people are friendly and there is hardly ever a line.

Amazing staff all around and no waits. My carriers will even bring the mail to the door when I have small packages. By far best post office around!!!! UPDATE!!! STILL AWESOME AND SO HELPFUL!!!!!!!

Problems with delivery ever since moving in. The worst post office I have ever dealt with. You should not have to call the post office every couple months to see what is going on with your mail.

missing a lot of packages, mail often deliver to wrong address and often deliver around 8:30 pm. very rude and short on the phone .
