I have to say I agree with Kips statement below! This is not the first time Ive had issues with getting parcel delivery at my home! These drivers are so lazy. My driver is out of town so thats the excuse they gave me. Two days they have had my package and not one slip was left in the box yet they managed to delivere my mail in the mailbox! Nor did the lazy driver bring my parcel to my door! I live not even 20 steps from the mailbox and we have no dogs and our driveway is very easy accessible! Lazy drivers fill in for our good route drivers! I think this post office needs an employee makeover asap! Such a small town and still cant get it right just sad! If I could give a 0 star I would! Learn how to do your job that you get paid to do, if its to hard get a new job!

I recently bought a house in Conifer. The staff have been very helpful over the last two months as I settled into the area. I met my mail carrier one day at the post office. She was so nice and knowledgeable. I told her my house did not have a mailbox. She asked for my address, and she immediately knew my house and the condition of my property next to the road. She gave me tips on the best place to put my mailbox. Once I put in the mailbox at my house I plan to keep my post office box here.

Dont even want to get them a star...but I have to. This is the absolute worst post office Ive ever dealt with. Always understaffed, never answer the telephone, packages marked delivered when they havent been, when they are delivered they are not protected from the elements (one package was completely water-logged, as in it poured out when the box was opened, fortunately it was only flip-flops), and consistently receive mis-delivered mail.

Went there today for the first time to mail a package, asked the gentlemen at the register a question about if my package needed a stamp (because Ive never mailed out a package before) and instead of answering he told me to let him do his job in a rather rude way. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, Ill never know because Ill never go back there again.

The staff at the Conifer Post Office are all about good service. They are down-to-earth, always kind, and clearly enjoy their work. Have used this post office for over 9 years - switched from the huge, wait-in-line-forever Evergreen post office, to the smaller Conifer post office several years ago and have always been pleased.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Incompetent, arrogant and clueless. Avoid at all costs. Just drive to Evergreen or Pine and avoid the brain damage of dealing with jerks. Since getting rid of the older female employee and having Michelle in there, I amend my star rating. Much smoother interaction and things get scanned.

If you want your packages delivered, use UPS or FedEx. If you want your mail picked up, better take it to the post office yourself. Our USPS carrier will usually drop off our mail for us, but not always.

Dont expect parcel delivery anytime near their schedule day. Its so bad I only purchase from online stores who use FedEx or UPS. They should shut USPS down and save the money!
