I wont accuse anyone without knowing completely- but bc my mail is consistently missing or nonexistent, Im starting to feel like its being stolen or delivered to the wrong house. I have been receiving mail for people that moved out of this house years ago, I have received my neighbors mail multiple times. Ive called and spoken to the manager multiple times regarding these issues, and while her demeanor is very sweet, I dont feel like much gets accomplished with figuring out what the issue with my mail delivery service. It has gone as far as the supervisor having to check the mail carriers bins to tell me what pieces of mail I should be expecting and then to call her back to let her know whats been received. How exhausting to have to babysit my mail. And here I am- months later, still getting minimal pieces of mail, getting incorrect mail, and zero attempts to actually fix the issue. I will now have to request that my mail be left there so I can go pick it up- more that I shouldnt/wouldnt have to do if people were held accountable and actually did their job correctly. I cant wait to move from this area to not have to deal with this.

This is the second time in less than six months that they have failed to place an important delivery in the correct mailbox at my apartment. It has my name and apartment number on both the shipping label and mailbox. How difficult can it be? Ive had to jump through hoops to get into contact with them so I can figure out where my package is. During both instances the mail carrier that delivers to my apartment accuses me of not having my name within my mailbox. I assured them both times that my name is in fact clearly labeled with my mailbox because without it I would not have received any of the other mail I received on the day my package was allegedly delivered. The next day I received an unapologetic phone call stating that the mail carrier placed it in the incorrect mailbox. Both of these deliveries were very time sensitive, and due to their incompetence I was nearly unable to attend a very expensive music festival since I didnt receive the wristbands in time, and my dog became very ill because his medication was not delivered on the delivery date stated online. 0/10 would not do again.

My mail comes from this facility... Unfortunately. Mail is constantly misdelivered, I get my neighbors mail all the time. My packages are showing delivered yet sometimes never arrive or occasionally show up days later. What is the point of a tracking number if they can just say it was delivered when it wasnt!? This place should be shuttered and the mail should come from the 105th facility, they care and have much better service, I know because I lived in their delivery area. The postal service has to know about this place, please fix this facility!

My daughters birthday card came today in the mail.... The lovely post office felt the need to rip it open and take out her birthday money. Then they put it in a bag saying how sorry they are that it got messed up in shipping. Im sorry but if you are going to rip open a childs card and steal the money. Why even bother with put it in my post box? By the time we got it, it looked like the envelope was totally shredded!!!! End rant!!!!!!

I had a package delivered to my front door step where packages are never supposed to go because I have requested for them not to go there when they can go in my mail box or the leasing office where it wont get stolen. But no they delivered it there and I called to see what was going on and they one hung up on me and two was being really snotty when I called back and they answered. Very un reliable.

I just got off the phone with one of the workers at this branch and they were able to find a package mistakenly labeled as "undeliverable as addressed". The address was fine, it was the carriers mistake. This office was able to help me locate the package when the main customer service line for USPS was hopelessly useless. This is a great branch!

This location has the laziest delivery workers ever. I never receive any Friday deliveries from them at my office. They will frequently list "delivery attempted" via tracking but they obviously didnt because Im usually sitting at work waiting for them to deliver my packages.

No drop boxes. What? Even random parking lots have them, but this post office doesnt. Literally only 4 parking spaces. Its like they dont want anyone to come here.

BE AWARE: even though this comes up on Google maps as a usps location, you CANNOT ship from here. Its a pick up and distribution center only.
