For me, this workout works. I need the structure and guidance. It is great knowing that after a few minutes, something new is coming up. Also, the heart rate monitor belt is very motivating for me. I find my 30-40 minute workout has become 60-70 minutes as a strive to increase my calorie burn and pulse points. Individuals have different strengths, motivations, goals and needs when it comes to getting and staying healthy. For me, 9round works and I look forward to the next year of continued improvement.

My wife and I joined on a one year contract. Shortly after joining my wife was diagnosed with cancer. The owner of the gym said he would cancel her contract, but never did. As for myself I work 12 hour shifts, 1 month into being a member they decided to change there hours. They would close at 7 and if you walked in at 6:35 the owner would tell you "sorry, youre to late". Its a great concept and a good workout, it just needs better ownership and more hours!

Not impressed. I went in for a trial class and the trainers spent more time on their phones than they do encouraging the members, and spend too much time goofing around with each other. I was disappointed because they dont always tell you the exercise, you have to figure it out from the board. I love that you can start whenever you get there but i dont feel its a motivating environment.

The fact it fits into your schedule & you can drop in anytime is great! The work out is different every day w/The trainers who are invested in your goals, motivating and fun to work with. I cant say enough good things about 9 round north metro!
