This 24 hour is awful. The equipment is old, the classes rarely start on time and the customer service provided is awful, particularly by the club manager. I went in to cancel my membership in September, was baited to try 3 months for free on them. I decided to try it out for 3 free months but was never told that after those 3 months that I would need to call AGAIN, to actually cancel the membership. After being charged this month, I called and requested a refund as I was told that my account would be cancelled after those 3 free months. The manager refused to refund me and stated I would have to take it up with my credit card. Working in customer service for 10 years, I was shocked as companies generally do not want a chargeback on their account and would rather have a customer come back in the future rather than negative reviews. Luckily, I have a fantastic credit card company who assisted me with that chargeback. I will never be a customer of 24 hour after the horrible service I received by this facility. It is a bait and switch system and feel several are duped by this system of giving you free months of club usage. Had they just refunded my account for their "illegal" charge, they wouldnt be receiving another negative review.

I love 24 Hour Fitness, just not this one. Ive never once been there when everything is working. Mechanical issues happen, but here its very frequent. The location is in a very old strip mall that looks like it is ready to be condemned any day. Also, the whole place is built around short people... just try taking a shower without bruising your elbow, or swimming without the tips of your fingers touching the bottom (seriously) or getting caught in the ropes of the small lanes. The timer never works, the hot tub has tons of foam, the sauna and steam room are tiny (when theyre working), and the pool is too warm and shallow. They really need to cut their losses and move this to a nearby location.

The other reviews about the maintenance are spot on, however I dont believe its entirely the clubs fault. Some of the members are pretty destructive with the equipment, so its quite the job to keep up with that. However, the pool was closed for over a month and all I heard employees tell members weekly was, "Itll re-open later this week." The facility could use some Wi-Fi too, given it seems to be a dead-zone for all carriers. There are also three times as many elliptical machines versus any other cardio equipment, so if you enjoy using those youll always have one open. Id give the gym equipment a 4 rating, but the facility itself a 2, hence the 3 rating. It beats Planet Fitness though.

A good place for all-hours workouts. A bit crowded at times - especially after work. But one should expect that, since its the most popular time for workouts. However, the hot tub is kept at a good temperature (hot, not tepid), and the showers arent constantly plagued by running out of hot water, like other places Ive been to. The swimming pool is sometimes warmed, sometimes cold enough to wonder if the water heater was even working. The equipment is good and generally plentiful. I wish they had a second power rack, as its one of the most sought-after pieces of equipment. But they do have three flat benches for pressing, plus another two at incline/decline.

This place (like most gyms) gets way to crowded between 4pm and 9pm. In the early evenings the crowd tends to be quite young... later in the evening the gym has a large number of Hispanics working out. Everyone that I have encountered seems quite nice. There are usually a few attractive women working out, but not many. Its your typical gym with about a 10:1 ratio of men to women. If you want to meet women I would join a Yoga studio not a gym. If you are an attractive woman plan to be stared at the entire time you exercise. The pool and hot tub seem to be rarely used. The basketball court is used a little more often. I have never taken a class here.

Decent equipment and the pool, saunas, and hot tub are well-maintained. The staff seem to be pretty apathetic, excepting the few that staff nights/weekends and actually do their jobs, in addition to being pleasant. But I suppose that apathetic is better than pushy, rude, or meat-headed. I will provide a caveat emptor to the 4 star rating: I go almost exclusively at night, between 11pm and 1am. Daytime excursions can be counted on one hand, and while they werent unpleasant, I cantsay if they were the exception or the rule. Just like most gyms, its anxiety-inducing packed from 8am to 10pm, and pleasantly uncrowded by 11pm.

The staff at this location are unhelpful and rude. When their locker rooms were out of order due to construction on the showers, they refused to tell me the closest location with a pool. I told them several times that Im not using the pool without access to the locker room and shower, and he just kept repeating that they have a pool and I should just stay at their gym, while two other employees just stood there watching. I had to go out to my car and just look up another location on my phone. If an employee cant be bothered to help a customer, why even pay them to be there? Statues are cheaper and less rude.

Been a member for years and it is getting worse maintenance wise. The hot tub and steam room are closed more often than open. The pool temperature varies day to day. There are emergency lights that have been out for over a year. Some machines are repaired but not adjusted. The past 3 weekends have shown no soap or toilet paper in the locker rooms. You can talk to the manager but the last time I did that I was told how ungrateful I was for all they are doing. Fortunately they have other clubs relatively close to me that I can use. Too bad, this was once a terrific club to go to.,

Master Trainer Colton is over the top good. He is the best trainer I have hever worked with, and is better than any physical therapist I have rehabbed with. I started working with him a month before my total knee replacement. I was way crippled up from the knee pain, but he got my core stability and strength to increase/improve so I was in good shape for the TKR. Rehab with Colton was perfect, and he continues to help me improve my total bodys function - balance, stamina, strength, stability, and so much more.

Dirtiest pool in Colorado, The steam rooms are right next to the pool and often fat sweaty people go straight from there into the lap pool to cool down. Most people do not shower before swimming or getting into the Hot Tub. Nothing says fitness like sucking in someones sweat. Also pool water is very warm making it even more disgusting. Also a lot of broken cardio machines no new equipment since I started there around 4 years ago.

Worst customer service EVER! If you want to be treated second class, then this is your place. I joined yesterday afternoon and after they got my money it seems nobody cares to help me. You should go to any other 24 hour fitness but this one. I will be cancelling my memhership through the corporate office and demanding a refund for the way I was treated. Go somewhere else, youll regret it if you dont. Youve been warned.
