This is one gym that I feel comfortable in. The crossfit classes are tough, always changing, and effective! The coaches are wonderful and work with you in any fitness level. I also love the free weights and machine side of the gym. Its a no-judgement and helpful environment. LOVE IT and highly recommend it!
