Incredibly disappointed with this location and specifically the new manager Isaac. My mom, who is so sweet to everyone, recently had her membership terminated because she came into tan after 18 hours instead of 24 hours. This was never a problem in the past 5 years. After it happened a second time, Isaac was incredibly rude, labeled her a lunk, and terminated her membership. Not to mention the way Isaac treated her with his snarky, rude, condescending, power hungry attitude was absolutely disgusting. It is insane that he is allowed to treat customers (or any human being), in such a manner. A lot of the staff that works there see her often, know the bed she uses, and even the time, he started and there are problems. He is the problem. And management/the owner did nothing about it after their meeting. Absolutely crazy and I would never go back there and will be telling everyone about the terrible treatment of the customers (particularly Isaac). It is a shame because most of the staff is great and sweet, but Isaac is a problem, he should be fired and I cant believe he hasnt been yet, not just for the treatment of my mom, but after hearing she is not the only one he treats this way. Crazy. Not the way I would run my business.

My two stars only go for the equipment they have at that gym. As for the rest of it its BS! The staff there is ridiculous, very rude and not professional at all. They care more about talking to one another than actually helping customers. My sister tried canceling their membership due to moving 4hours away, but because her year was not up yet the lady she talked to (Rosie) was very rude to her, telling her she had to pay. When I went was bed rest due to pregnancy I tried freezing my account. I have very ill and the manager kept calling insisting the DOCTORS note I have already gave him was not enough it needed to be more clear. Though it said I could not physically work out till 6wks after my due date and gave the date. He kept insisting I go back to the doctor to get a new note! They careless and only care about your money! Good Luck, but there are WAY better gyms with actual professional fitness trainers with the price I paid at that POS gym! (and twice I went to the tanning beds and found them not clean.....GROSSS!!!!)

I signed up this weekend. I was impressed with how nice and new everything was, as well as with the amount of equipment. There seemed to be a great variety and some of your thinking done for you during your workouts, which I think is nice. HOWEVER, I went in with other people and we found the female teenager behind the counter to be an incredible snob and swung back and forth between being somewhat accommodating and incredibly rude and haughty (better than thou). She ran through the company and workout spiel pretty quickly, and acted impatient when we couldnt understand her. When we asked legitimate questions that our 40 yrs life experience (each) have taught us to ask before signing contracts, she acted like she couldnt believe we were asking such dumb questions. It became very evident that this girl lacked a lot of "life in general" experience and was quite arrogant in her ignorance. I signed up anyways thinking I may not have to encounter her again, shell probably quit at some point. RUDE!!!

I give this place 5 stars because im not a whiney b!t$h. Very great friendly staff who are always willing to help with anything ive ever asked about. This is an adequate gym where you can find a way to work every muscle, sometimes you have to get creative, maybe thats some peoples problems. The people who go here like me, respect each other or at least keep stuff to themselves, it can get a little crowded after work, but google can tell you when theyre the least busy. You cant beat the price. I think that people who complain of unfriendly staff or anything along those lines might be lacking in their own abilities to effectively communicate, or maybe they caught an employee in a bad moment, humans are not perfect.

I share the complaint other people had about people sitting at workout stations looking at their smart phone. However my biggest complaint is they have twice as much cardio equipment as they need. I would guesstimate that 50 to 75% of their cardio equipment goes on used for most of the day. I personally have never been in planet fitness when more than 25 to 30% of their cardio equipment was being used. They need to add more weight machines. They only have one fly machine, one dip station, one tricep press machine and two cable fly stations. They also need more dumbbells. Oh and one afterthought is the fact that they take a long time to fix equipment when its down.

Trouble when i Cancel My Membership, They Call me 18 months latter that I Never Cancel and That I owe them $260.00 I went In to Talk to Manager And He said He couldnt help Me Unless I had My Cancellation Form , Who saves a Gym Cancellation form for 18 months?? I went Online and I guess alot of People have had the same problem with this Gym .They Keep on Charging You without giving you a Service! BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM PLANET FITNESS!!!!!! Watch im going to get a Reply from owner saying to contact them to resolve issue but they wont resolve nothing they just want to look good in there Reviews , Thieves !!!

I like this place. Cheap, but clean, spacious and in good repair. Staff is nice. As some other people have commented, it doesnt have a full complement of gear (e.g. Smith machines in place of free weight squats or bench presses), but plenty of alternatives to make do. I know their message of "no gymtimidation" is just a marketing ploy, but either way, I have enjoyed the atmosphere and that I can just show up and be left alone for 90 minutes. I guess if youre a hardcore lifter or bodybuilder, you might find the gym lacking, but otherwise, for the price and facility, it cant be beat.

My boyfriend and I just joined. We have only been twice but both times have been great! When we went to sign up Alex was very friendly and helpful, told us everything to know and was great at answering all of our questions. We went to work out last night and even though it was during their busy hours, there was plenty of equipment for everyone. Also, the equipment is in great condition, updated, and offers all the bells and whistles. The facilities are very clean and I have no complaints. I am excited to get back in shape!

Went with a friend and it was nice so tried to walk in and sign up. They need a routing and account number for a 20 dollar payment with subsequent 10 dollar payments. No cards are accepted. For 20 dollars... So you need a land line too? Should I bring in some chickens to barter? Does an arranged marriage with my cousin count? Do they accept payment in denominations greater than nickels? Should I cash out my retirement account so theyre ok with me being good for the 10 bucks a month no commitment plan?
