Absolutely a great spot to train. I am a life long athlete and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at West Metro Crossfit. The owner is really helpful with getting one started. This was my first time with Crossfit, and they offer a great Foundations series or classes. The coaches are all enthusiastic and knowledgeable about fitness. They show you proper technique and push you to do your best with the right form. I did not feel like it was an overly competitive scene, everyone was a team and pushed each other. I have recommended this to friends coming in from out of town to try out, locals and would recommend it to anyone that was looking for a great spot to work out!

Awesome gym!! Soloman knows his stuff! They guy eats sleeps and breaths fitness and nutrition. I have been coming here for over a year now and have made leaps and strides and can honestly say that at almost 30 years old I am probably in the best shape of my life even after playing high school and collegiate sports. Not sure what the review about the TRX is since it has never once been used in this gym. I would recomend WMCF to anyone who wants to better them self and achieve goals you never thought possible. After a few workouts and getting over the soreness you will be HOOKED that is a promise!

Ive been doing crossfit for close to 6 years. Ive been in the Denver area for almost 6 months and have dropped in multiple great gyms. Ive become close with west metro recently and see the amount of dedication that the owner puts into his gym and athletes and its wonderful to be able to actually notice it. All crossfits in the Denver area are awesome, but west metro has stolen my heart pretty quickly and Im happy to call it home!
