Very shady unprofessional place. I checked out the soon to be gym when it was still under construction in May of 2016, and gave my info to them. They said it would be open in June 2016, and would contact me to do a tour, to see if I was interested. Nine months later when they finally opened, they sent me a bill for a initiation fee and a month of service. I entered the completed gym for the first time to complain, they said theres nothing they could do. So I cancelled my "membership" which I didnt have.

Really like this gym, close to my house, affordable prices, and great equipment selection. at the beginning I had some issues with the PT that was assigned to me and issues not getting handled, but now under new management I am glad that my concerns have been handled, and they also have brought in a lot more things that this place was missing before. The staff is super nice and welcoming. Only thing that could make it better is Wi-Fi. Other than that, this is a great place to work out.

been waiting on my refund for 3 months, it took them a year to open and i cancelled before they ever opened and they still charged my account...so i go to talk to them about it and they agreed i did cancel before they opened and they will get my account reimbursed... that was 3 months ago still nothing iv talked to 5 different people every orher week since they charged me, and they all say it will be in there in the next five days... no one has a clue whats going on there!!!

I signed up in April 2016 because they were suppose to open in May.. One year later and they just open and keep calling me saying Im behind in payments eventho I never came back. I never cancelled my membership because the contract was from last year not this one and they were not even open! Now I have to pay over $40 because the contract is still "valid". Save your time and money and go somewhere else

They have Authentic staff, I love coming here everyone is genuinely excited to see you. Great personal trainers as well, they are very knowledgeable. I was going over the reviews and most seem to be negative because of pre-sale problems. However, now that the place is up and running the facility is definitely one to check out.

They have children working the front desk, so when you call in with an issue it is impossible to get it fixed. When you request to speak with a manager, they are never available and never call you back. The gym itself is a joke as well. Very shady business, do not waste your time.

I registered last year in june they were supose to open 1 month later they barely opened a couple months ago and are charging me the membership even though i ne er gone canceled and all now im fighting the charges....b.s.

Great place. Super great price. They have a cardio theatre room.... 5 bikes 5 treadmills 5 eliptical machines in the cardio movie room ... thats my favorite . It barely opened 1 month ago.... fresh new equipment.

Now the gym is up and running, I have no issues. Great gym, prices and equipment selection. Anthony is a great employee who gives you tips to make your workout even better.
