I am a Realtor and rely heavily on good service technicians to fix problems that arise during the home buying and selling process. Recently, one of my listings in Wheat Ridge needed three plumbing-type issues addressed: a gas leak, new handles for the water main and the addition of a pan under the hot water heater. Coffman was the choice of the Seller who had used this company for past service work. Everything seemed great - the professionals arrived promptly and were very courteous. They did their work efficiently and provided receipts that I was able to present to the Buyers at closing. Two weeks after closing, I had a call from the Buyers. They complained of a gas smell where the originial leak had supposedly been fixed. They also said that a huge puddle of water was found in the crawl space where the handle had been replaced on the water main. They were wondering if the company that did the work would stand by their service. I dont know how the situation turned out but I was disappointed to have received the call at all. Knowledgeable Technitions great staff, been a customer for 24 years and they never let us down! Sold us a new 95% efficient furnace and new air conditioner! And a zone control to separate thermostats in house! Works great! We have reduced our gas consumption and saved money! Our family also uses Coffman Co and we have found them to be very honest and reliable! If you want the BEST call this company!

Dont really know that much about Coffman, other than Ive been recommended a few times to them. However the review above by Jill Powers if fairly questionable since she works at KOHLS and real estate. In Denver market, Im thinking any person that works at KOHLS and is in Real Estate these days must be a really good retail associate.
