The staff was friendly but before we could tell him what our problem was he said he had to tell us about some addative that I guess makes the gas last longer over time. we didnt need to hear about it, (pretty bad). Ill help you but you have to first listen to my sales pitch. The main problem was we were not informed of a fee for them to look at our snowblower, we did see it on the wall after we came back and were chared $58 but he should have said something to us. That was our bad for not seeing it but....they returned our blower in peices. There work was too expensive so we decided to do it ourselves (and for the record the part they said cost $90. was only $30) Either way we should have gotten the blower back as it was received in one peice. we had to put it back together to take it somewhere else. For $58 they shouold have done the job right. We took it somewhere else and got the work done with a gaurantee for not $250. 00 that Mac offered but just under $70. Not only will we never go there again but we will spread the word. Friendly sevice while they try to sell you what you dont need, over charge you and dont finish the job.

My Poulan 446 Pro tree limb cutter would not start. I called Mac and the service manager said, "Bring it in. Ill see what I can do." Turns out it was simply bad gas. He could smell bad gas. He put in fresh gas and it started right up. He wouldnt even charge me for the service or the gas! I purchased some pre-mixed non-ethanol gas/oil from him which he said would last indefinitely. Amazing service!
