I moved to Denver at the beginning of last month, and met a girl who invited me to Lexies Monday night vinyasa and I have been to every one since then. Kindness has played such an important role in my adjustment to this new place, and has made me feel so at home here. I practice multiple times a week and sometimes even multiple times a day. I enjoy sweating my butt off in Drakes class, and Lexies talks about awareness, Davids amazing flute (I think?) playing, and Genevas gift with adjustments. I enjoy the sheer beauty of the Capitol Hill location; the flowing white curtains, the noise of the bustling downtown right there, the snapshot I get of the moon when I position myself in the right place, and the gold tip of the Capitol building. The Cap Hill studio is two blocks away from my apartment, so I often find myself throwing my mat over my shoulder and biking/running to a class about four minutes before it starts. I really do love Kindness and recommend it to other people in my program, all the way to people at Trader Joes. I am so grateful that a studio like this exists, and that someone was kind enough to invite me to it one of my first days in Denver. Kindness has created for me a space to not only feel free but also to explore myself and learn from teachers who all have the balance of humility and wisdom that lends itself to excellence.

My Primary Health Care Doctor wrote a prescription for me to practice Yoga. I have only attended 4 classes- but my experience with each teacher and class has been really amazing. The teachers and their approach in practicing yoga is compassion, acceptance, patience, and kindness; a blue print of how I want to treat myself. In four hours I have learned the difference between discomfort vs. pain. And, unlike my old programmed behavior, I am learning to listen to my body: To stop when it hurts- vs. pushing my body past its physical limitations; and when I am uncomfortable, to stay in the discomfort and accept the discomfort vs. running away or quitting. The teachers have gone out of their way to: help me make moderations in my poses; take the time to personally help me make a pose- when I am confused; physically demonstrate what the pose should look like- because I dont speak yoga; and every teacher expresses their personal gratitude towards me for simply attending their class. Im looking forward to buiding community with kindness yoga. Regards, Grateful Student

Kindness works for a lot of people! From the classes I take I find, I find a youthful and active community, filled with many familiar faces who take a variety of classes. Kindness is great for me because of the flexible and robust schedule of teachers and studios. I dont find one specific "Kindness vision", but a flow and style from each teacher. I think your studio makes a tremendous difference for all of the individual yogis who practice here. Whether its the asana, the breathwork, or the message, Im grateful to be a part of peace through sound and energy.

Kindness is such an inviting and nonjudgmental environment. I only began practicing yoga a few months ago, and am realizing the myriad of positive effects on my body and mind. All of the instructors are amazing. Jordan was the first instructor that I had, and I continue to seek out his classes. I leave practice feeling incredible due largely to his warmth and the kindness that he radiates. It has been, and continues to be, a truly awakening experience.

My daughter and I visited from out of town. The instructor at Kindness Yoga did a wonderful job welcoming us to Denver and the Kindness yoga community. A friend who lives in Denver told us that Kindness Yoga is the best yoga studio around. Based on the knowledge and skill of the teacher, I would bet that statement is true. Thanks for a great experience.

All of the locations Ive experienced are excellent for practice. The website, registration, administration...even the survey from the "Sage of Marketing"...are smooth and effective. Thank you, Marty

Ive been doing yoga for many years and can confidently say that there are excellent teachers here. I have a great experience every time. I took away 1 star because the studio is above a busy restaurant and it can be very noisy and can disrupt the zen mood.

Instructors are wonderful. I enjoy how they are sensitive of individual needs but will also direct the class in more strenuous a way so we all succeed. Yoga should not always be comfortable. Must have some push to grow. I feel that at this studio.
