JLM Therapeutics LLC offers a fabulous suite of services including relaxing and healing massages, challenging exercise classes (Active X and Weights), and wonderful yoga classes. I have completed 3 half marathons and have been strength training for years but I can honestly say the Active X and Weight classes "kill" me in the kindest way! When I finish I know that I have worked out REALLY hard in a fun, welcoming environment. After working out what better way to recover than through yoga or massage? Josh offers great yoga classes that really help one to stretch and relax. His massages are fantastic; whether you opt for a regular massage, hot stone or deep tissue massage. Both options help me to recover so that I can continue participating in the awesome classes and/or other cardio activites. I would recommend all services offered at JLM as the instructor is truly interested in helping his students and clients reach their goals!

I have been receiving massages from Josh at JLM Therapeutics for over 10 years. I attempted to stray for someone closer to my home and it was just a waste of time and money. Josh knows how to effectively release my muscles because he truly understands the anatomy of the body. This expertise definitely comes across in his yoga classes as well. He does not try to impress you with his poses, he meets you where you are at and gently supports you in your growth. I HIGHLY recommend his services! He is my wise, logical, spiritualist! Love him!
