I don’t know why Steve thinks they have a rude night staff (in the post below), because I don’t think they have a night staff. Most Anytime Fitness have a couple of managers that run everything during the day (which is a great idea). They are very friendly and take the time to come out and talk to the members. I workout in the afternoon and I always see the manager (and staff) cleaning the bathrooms, making sure the machines are clean, and vacuuming & moping the floor. It’s good to see that they “get their hands dirty” instead of staying in their office like other gyms.

I love this place. Low key, never crowded, and nary a trace of juice-head tough guys like you tend to find at a 24-hour of Golds. Also unlike 24-hour fitness this gym actually is open 24 hours a day, which is good for me with a crazy schedule. Depending on the time you come in you can have the place to yourself and your own private gym. I like the private showers/ bathrooms and all the equipment is top notch. For the price you cant really beat it.

I was bought as s gift 6 months of membership. But they did not add the annual fees. They take that out later without notice. I was previously signed up for automatic payment. Why would I still be on an automatic payment if I was already paid up? My card should not have been on file at that point. That fee should have been added to the 6 months knowing that that fee was within that time.

Rude night staff. Facility is poorly maintained. Ive traveled to may Anytime fitness facilities and Monument is always at the bottom of the scale. They need to take some lessons from the other facilities. Ive yet to see anyone on staff leave the office to actually try to maintain the equipment. Sad, love the hours, wish this wasnt such a poorly ran example of a great chain.

Really like the fitness gym. Staff is really friendly. Its never busy which I enjoy, never have to wait for gym equipment! Bummer thing is, I moved out to the east coast.

Always dirty. Constantly broken equipment that is "sorry for the inconvenience" but never fixed. Some of the TVs havent worked in a year. Time for new management.....
