Lifetime is a great gym for me because I have a large family of four kids. My fiancée and I have very busy jobs, so finding time to bring the kids to activites and still have time to work out has been impossible to manage. With Lifetime, its the perfect place for the kids to be active while freeing up time for the grown ups to work out. I also want to impart the love of being active to my kids. Itll create healthy habits that will serve them for the rest of their lives. The cafe has a healthy and affordable menu, so in a time pinch, its a good place to eat. I also have a personal trainer. Its the first time Ive ever had one, but I have been dealing with a chronic back problem that made it very difficult to sustain a workout regimen. Seth my trainer is teaching me "the right way" to exercise and to not exacerbate my injury. My back hasnt felt this good in almost a year, and I have renewed faith that I will be able to get back into my favorite activites of rock climbing, cycling and snow boarding. The club is not cheap, but for what my family gets out of it, it is definitely worth every penny.

So we had planned to do a free day and then join. The manager Cassidy was great very nice and also Angie. However we were outside at the pool which is small for so many people. They have rules that I have not seen at other places. The lifeguards made the experience almost unbearable. Someone pooped in the pool which I understand but it took an hour to be able to return. As we sat and waited we could hear the lifeguards picking on people. They were making fun of an overweight child. Called him disgusting fat pig. If you asked then when the pool would be free to return they were rude and one girl told me "why would you want to swim in a pool someone pooped in." I dont but sorry for asking. Then there was a taller man at the front who was rude and unprofessional. The family locker room is tiny with no bathroom and rules. You can only go if you have a boy or your husband. I did like the size and lots of options they have but you can find a lot of stuff that they have at other places. Ive never in my life seen such snot nose brats as life gaurds.

Really like this gym, they have most everything you need and a friendly staff. Yes, it costs more than other gyms but also offers more and keeps you away from the people who arent willing to pay the monthly fee. Main complaint is that there needs to be communication between the management and front desk, management will tell you anything to sell you their gym. During signup I was only told about the higher-priced-option, which was irritating but not a big deal, what bothered me more was that I was told that my use of the guest passes would not be a problem, it ended up being an argument every time I tried using them. Wooten, let people know all the sign up options(yes, even new male members), and let the front desk personnel know what you promised during signup. Everyone complains about the cost of the personal training sessions, but who cares, there are also a wide range of free classes that go on all day. So, there is plenty of instructing going on if thats what you need to be able to workout.

We just joined and we are Thrilled with the club! It has been an amazing week. The daycare is wonderful for kids of all ages and its included in your kids membership. The swimming lessons are really good and our 5 year old said and I quote "I loved it". The swimming is unreal because they have so many pools inside and out - with Water Slides! The Cycle classes are amazing they have new bikes and I am beyond happy with the 2 classes I have taken. The cafe is yummy. Our 5 year old loves the Rock Climbing wall and plans to do it often. I am so excited to have found this club after being a member at another club nearby for many years we were bored and needed some new excitement. Lots of Group Classes (thats our thing). I cant wait to try the Yoga classes - all or most Group Classes are free w/ your membership which is quite affordable. #FunForTheWholeFamily

I was a member for three months. I was actually asked by someone in mangement to join the club so I decided to give it a try. A few months in you could tell certain trainers had chips on their shoulders and anytime they didnt like someone in the gym they would file a complaint and say they felt like it was an unsafe work environment. I watched this happen to several people. A specific trainer names Peggy was most noticed for doing this. Lifetime does not investigate and validity of any claims by trainers. They simply notify your membership canciled. I watched this happen to a dozen people who wear just lifters and never bothered anyone but some specific trainers felt threatened that people knew how to train. I am no longer a member and I think its terrible that management continues to let this happen because it would be a nice place without it.

Cant live without this place! Ive been a member of Lifetime for over 4 years the people who work there are by far the best thing about this place. With the help of wonderful trainers like Diane B and Heather M, Ive lost over 80 pounds. When I moved from the southern burbs to central Denver, I paused my LT membership and visited other gyms that are more convenient and nothing can compare to the support and encouragement I receive from everyone who works there, plus its clean and I dont have to remember a towel or a lock. My only complaint and the only reason keeping it from the 5th star is the Cable Company approach to specials - when you sign up for things the first time you get all kinds of deals, but if you want to keep it up be prepared to pay more. There is no reward for loyalty or commitment and it gets a little frustrating.

I love this gym! It is very clean and everyone is very friendly. I had no problem putting my membership on hold while I took a medical leave. They have a ton of equipment so there is always something available. I have 3 small kids and love the child center, though there should be more infant reservation times... especially in the afternoons when there are not many other kids. I love the pools, spa, and classes! I agree that the personal trainers are too expensive to even consider... I have done training at other gyms but wont here due to the price...but there are tons of other cheaper weight loss programs to choose from. The swim lessons- the turn over rate of the staff scared my child. He had 3 different teachers, with substitutes regularly....so we had to quit. Overall I love it!

I was eager to experience the renovations and the new equipment at Lifetime! It was with great disappointment when I realized that this gym is all about making money and could care less about customer service and customer needs in general. A massive area was built for paid classes, right in the center, while the area that most of the members work-out is now congested to the point that you have to wait for some machines close to each other so you dont injure yourself! Thats ridiculous for a fitness club costing $85 a month! So now...if you are not interested to pay extra for classes, you get to work-out to a super mediocre, space limited gym! I know that myself and the 4 members i brought in, are looking for a new gym in the area...that actually cares about its members!
