The only reason i didnt give it just one star is that this has all the equipment I need to get a good workout in. It has a sauna and a steam room to relax in. The reason for the low rating is that the whole place is filthy. The lockers are never cleaned, floors are mopped, but ive seen the way they mop. They will just wet the floor really. The showers were growing mold and it only took a week for them to clean the shower after I told them about it. Currently there is no hot water and although every place has its problems, it seems this place takes a lot longer fix. Equipment is old, but I dont mind the old equipment. They did get new cardio equipment since 24 hour fitness took this gym over from once being a Ballys. Overall I would say find another place if you can, but if you are like me and the destination of convenience is to much then this place will be just fine.

Since the new gym manager took over this 24 has gone down hill. The weight room is always a mess, machines are broken and it takes them weeks to fix. They continue to have the boxing area attached to the TRX area and I am just waiting for someone to tear a bicep. They had plenty of un used space on the first floor that could have been a great boxing area but decided to move all the merchandise there, where no one shops and eliminate 100% of any impulse purchases. The trainers turn over like no tomorrow... Its a shame to see a decent gym tank so hard, so fast. I miss the old gym manager!

This is a smaller club but it has a lot to offer. The club itself is definitely not as busy as many of the other clubs in the network and gives you ample opportunity to get your workout done in good time. The only thing about this club is that since it is adjacent to the Englewood municipalities building it is required to close at 10pm. So this is the only 24 hr fitness in the state that is not open 24 hours. But it is still well worth your time especially to get a quick workout in. The staff are very friendly and the club is in excellent condition.

Out of date equipment ,disgusting bathrooms , band aids on the floor, pubic hair i every where in the showers, toilets stream room , rude staff they give dirty looks when you enter .Never greeting people with a smile and 24 Hour Fitness always charging more on top of membership dues every year. Plus its not 24 hours! They should Change there name to 24 hours some times , in couple locations and we clean once a week , then charge fees on top of your monthly dues . Trust me there to many others gyms around Denver to waste your money here .

I have been going to this gym for almost 10 years, since it was Bally Total Fitness. Ballys was definitely way more organized, very clean and staff were very friendly! Ever since it has changed to 24 hours, it has been a horrible experience! its not even open 24 hours. You cannot even bring a guest for free anymore which is totally insane. Seems like its always packed, and Customer Service sucks. The only reason why I continue to go is because it is the closest near me. Really thinking about changing gyms!

Best gym I have consistently worked out since college 38 years ago. I do not have training classes, social meetings, or clear me clears to deal with much here. Equipment is maintained on a reasonable schedule. Only problem is the social phenomena everywhere of people sitting on weight machines while texting for 5 to 35 minutes. With electronic registering each day I guess their MD and parole officers think they are getting some exercise.

My husband asked me to write the review. He switched to this 24 because of the disgusting dirty showers at the 24 close to our house. For the last 3 mornings the showers have had a massive sewage backup in them. This is something that should be fixed immediately- it is a health risk. The front desk staff are apathetic. Call a plumber!!

What a joke. I went in to ask about membership, and was told that I must buy a membership, or pay 20 to try the club for one day. I pay 40 a month at the Y, and now realize why. 24 hours is about the money, not the members.

I only go here as this is the Gym I have to use after they acquired Ballys, even I paid a furtune 20 years ago when I first joined. Its definitely not as clean as before...And yes there is many better gyms out there!

Look, its a 24 Hour Fitness so my expectations were low, but this one is leaves things to be desired. The locker rooms are older than most other 24 locations, with about 10% of the lockers showing signs of breakin.

When you first sign up they will make it sounds like a good deal, but dont trust them. There will be a bunch of hidden fees that you have to pay later down the road. Dont throw away your money, go to another gym.

Horrible experience today i found poop all over the floor and the staff did nothing to clean it. The last time i walked through the showers barefoot it felt like i was walking on a layer of slime.

Numerous instances of poop being found in the showers, and staff has left it there for hours. No towels, lacking hours, the machines are always broken, and the staff is rude. Go to another gym

I have trained at almost every 24 from KS to CA; I like this gym the most. It has a great blend of older equipment, which is maintained far better than other 24s in the area.

Love this gym because its close to my home and never busy. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is it feels a bit unorganized, classes start early, late, etc.

This location is a smaller place packing a big punch. Has everything anyone could as for to get a fulfilling work out at a 24 Hour Fitness. Go check it out.
