I was told the fee for pumping would be $300. After the system was pumped I was told it would be $470. When I questioned this price increase the owner explained that the person in the office guesses a price, but he determines the price once he arrives and does the pumping. Since our system was extremely full it had to be "backflushed" several times so the price would be more. Ok, I guess. He lowered it to $450 because he could tell I was not happy about the price increase. It was also explained at the time that I needed to have a repair made. I scheduled to have the repair made a few days later. It was approximately 20 minutes past the repair window time I was given so I called to check when the person would be out to do the repair. The person in the office told me that she would call me right back to let me know when the person would be here. I did not get a call back after several minutes so I called again. While I was waiting on her call-back I called another septic pumping company. The price quoted by Evergreen Septic was $300. The other company quoted me $115. I called Evergreen Septic back to let them know that I did not need them to come to do the repair anymore. The woman on the phone hung up on me as soon as she heard that I did not want them to come out anymore. Hanging up on customers will certainly not keep their business. We have used this company a few times previously with no problems. I am not sure what has gone wrong or why the customer service is so poor.

Wow customer service is dead and gone with these folks.....Scheduled a pump out and the driver showed up 90 minutes late....Jerry the driver claimed that the lid needed to be uncovered and then explained that he costs $150 an hour with his truck running.....he then left.....called Violet at the office for an explanation on why I was not told to uncover the tank and she screamed that she tells everybody what needs to be done and then she hung up on me! Wow......that is some fine customer service.

Ive never seen a business that is as irresponsible as these folks! Weve been using them for several years and every time it took many phone calls so that they can send the contract to the county. This year even after half dozen or more phone calls, the contract is still not in place (I started calling 3 months ago). We are done with this company.
