Xcel discovered a gas leak between the meter and the house and Xcel shut off and locked my gas service immediately. Xcel required the line to be repaired, air tested, and inspected by the City. With no heat or hot water, I called Mac-Vik Plumbing and they were out first thing in the morning and got the job done right. The permitting and inspection process was flawless. They were expeditious and attentive and provided quality work. Their pricing was just about what I expected. I felt like I was being gouged and taken advantage by my situation by other plumbing companies on other quotes I received. Quality, Service and Value! I hope that I dont need plumbing/heating service again, but if I do, Im calling these guys.

Beware this business. Way off on quote and said too bad Workers tracked mud throughout our house. They urinated on the side of the house. Tried to complain to andy but no call back. The duct work they installed leaked and I had to get another firm out to fix their mistakes. Stay away from these guys.

Called Mac-Vik to come look at a sump pump they installed May of 2015. On my receipt, it says 2 yr guarantee. When I told them about it, they said that applies to date of manufacture and not installation. I dont appreciate the bait and switch after the the fact. Never going to use Mac-Vik again!

Owner Andy told me to take my business elsewhere after 2 weeks of no call no shows to install steam shower unit and required plumbing. Because of his unprofessional no call no shows he cost me money and delayed the project. Never recommend Macvik

Worker was rude and angry about having to work in a crawl space. Said they were at the house for 6 hours when their own records only showed 4.5 they still charged for 6. Tracked dirt all through house.
