I was optimistic about using Thunderbird Plumbing to replace a water heater in our home after reading some of the reviews and after my initial contact with them. Unfortunately, the owner seems to have become offended by my asking him how many years of experience his technicians have and if are they certified. The owners first response was "You likely found us by our reviews? I couldnt tell how many water heaters weve replaced". I responded that I wasnt trying to insult anyone and apologized if it came across that way. I was just looking for some peace of mind. He responded with "No worries, just let us know if you have any more questions". So I again asked if he could tell me how approximately how many years of experience his technicians have. To this I received two responses - one stating each technicians years of experience, and then another email that said "I’m going to respectfully decline. You take care."

A co-worker recommended Thunderbird plumbing so I called them up. Its been my best experience during my remodeling project. Jeff came by to see the work area and give me an estimate and was very responsive to my calls and emails. He came in a few days later, right at the time we had scheduled, and made quick work of the shower valve. Plus, he charged about a third of the price another plumbing company had quoted me. Id recommend Thunderbird to anyone.

These guys are AWESOME! Jeff could not have been more responsive, informative, timely and helpful. He did a great job installing a new hot water heater for us in our older house and well definitely continue to do business with Thunderbird in the future!

I have used these guys for years now. Always on time, always professional. One time I had an issue after the technician had left (my fault, not his), I called him and he turned right around and came back to look at it and fix it. Highly recommended.
