Wow. I just called to get some work done for a leaky pipe and drippy faucet in my kitchen. The woman who answered the phone put me on hold, then came back and told me "Bob" wasnt taking on any plumbing work right now. I dont really understand why a business would advertise they do plumbing, then refuse to do the work. I guess maybe I was too small a job for him to bother with.

HONEST! A home inspector said my furnace might have a cracked heat exchanger. The very next day, Carl, from Bob Carlson Plumbing and Heating inspected the furnace and found nothing wrong. A dishonest contractor could have told me I needed a new furnace and I would have had them put it in, costing me thousands of dollars.

Have used Bob and Carl for almost 20 years. He is your man for Boiler repairs, but any heating/cooling issue has always been addressed quickly (usually same day) and professionally. This is a top notch business and I highly recommend them.

Had a question about a furnace problem. I got put through to Bob and he did a little trouble-shooting right over the phone, with some helpful advice. Great honest help. Will call them when I need work done.
