I called Flatirons Plumbing after a bathroom remodeling contractor and his "plumber" completely messed up our bathroom and plumbing leaving us with a bathroom that was stripped to the studs and 4 leaks including the toilet tank and the main drain. Dave from Flatirons came in and gave us several options from just doing a patch job on what the other plumber had messed up to redoing all of the plumbing in our 60 year old house. After taking the time to discuss all of the options, we decided to go ahead and have it all done as that was something that we were planning to do in the future anyway. Dave gave us a price that I know was very fair as I had had estimates from some other big name plumbing companies in the area. After agreeing to the job and the fair price Dave and Paul started within minutes (on a Sunday at 9am). They worked tirelessly for 2 days to get us up and running again and we couldnt be happier. As the bathroom remodel has progressed we have had them come back in to do little finish things that could not be done at the time of the whole house plumbing like bath tub fixtures and they always get here the same day and do a great job and are very good at communicating with us along the way. After the nightmare of the first contractor working on our bathroom it was great to find the great guys at Flatirons. I dont plan on ever calling any other plumbers in the future and would highly recommend Flatirons Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services at a fair price and a job well done.

Flatirons Plumbing is excellent! They are very informative and professional. I was looking for a sump pump back-up system. The most popular is a battery back-up; however I did some research and knew there was a water back-up as well (which really interested me). I called three plumbers in my area. Flatirons Plumbing not only knew what I was talking about, they offered the product as well ( the others didnt really know and wanted to research it). The cost was reasonably within the range of the quotes received. There wasnt any pressured sales and a very genuine sense of wanting to help. They are very informative which was refreshing. Every part of the job/product/installation was very clear and understandable as I am definitely NOT a plumber. = ) They did a GREAT job. I can sleep better knowing that I have the correct sump pump with a reliable back up. I would and will recommend Flatirons Plumbing to everyone! Job well done! Thank you!

Flatirons Plumbing did a fantastic job for me this week installing a new water heater. This was not an easy job in any sense of the word. My water heater was in a crawl space underneath my house and John Kelly and his crew had to dig a pit underneath the house to get the new water heater installed. Johns main concerns were installing the water heater so that it will operate safely for my family for years to come and getting us hot water in a timely manner. I believe that he succeeded in both of these areas. He made several recommendations on how to replace the hot water heater when he gave me the estimate and he went over all his work with me when he was finished. If I ever need a plumber in the future, I will call Flatirons and I do recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber. Flatirons Plumbing is a Five Star company which provides excellent service. I live out of state in Reno, Nevada and have a rental property in the Denver area. These guys always are able to come to my rescue whenever I have a plumbing problem. They quickly diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. Recently, I was visiting my property in Denver and found a leak. This happened to be on a holiday weekend. They were able to come out right away and fix it! I wish they lived in Reno! Their charges are very reasonable. They are fast and efficient. I have been in the construction business my entire life. It is very hard to find such hard working, courteous, fast and efficient and ESPECIALLY trustworthy people to work with. I highly recommend these great guys!!

Just had Flatirons Plumbing out to fix a job they quoted me after the first time I called about a year ago. I should have left a 5 star review back then but lets just say Im doing it now for both visits. Flatirons Plumbings staff is prompt, attentive and extremely detailed. Both times Ive called them it was super easy to schedule an appointment and completely painless to sign off on the repairs. I cannot recommend them enough and I think the pricing is excellent for the quality of service they provide. They are thorough and know EXACTLY what they are doing. I would not hesitate to use them again or suggest them to anyone who needs help correcting remodel repairs or just some plumbing work done. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would! Dave was able to get out to our house on the next business day to address a non-emergent plumbing problem. We were given a two hour window of time when the appointment was scheduled and received a text and a phone call at 20-30 minutes and 15 minutes out, which was made it easy to plan my day accordingly rather than having to sit around and wait all day. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and explained everything in detail to my husband and me. He was extremely professional, clean, and detail-oriented. He worked quickly and efficiently and had the problem resolved within a couple of hours, so we were very impressed. We will certainly be using this company for any and all plumbing needs in the future.

Highly recommend this company. Every single guy we have worked with has been prompt, professional and does an excellent job. Weve had our far share of companies coming to work on our house, and all of them could take several lessons from these guys. Dave arrived a few minutes early, after having called to tell us he was on the way. He offered us some alternatives to address our plumbing issue, with reasonable pros and cons. Once we had made our choice, he had the new equipment installed and running the same morning, while providing helpful information that we had not been aware of previously. Through the whole process, Dave was not only professional and highly competent, but also exceptionally friendly and pleasant to work with. He left the work area and passageways to the front door clean. We are highly pleased with the final result, and are glad to recommend Dave and Flatirons Plumbing.

Has become my plumbing company....fantastic work, same day service....have had them come out and replace some old copper that needed replacing...they gave me several different options, and I decided to have it all taken care of. They are polite, efficient, neat, and do excellent work!! My toilet tank leaked out a few days ago during the night! I called first thing in the morning and they came out in the afternoon and replaced the toilet. Been a long time since I had a company I could rely on, I will refer all my friends to Flatirons Plumbing, and have them take care of all issues around plumbing and sewer, water heater.....Thanks again!
