Woke up to a broken water heater and a flooded basement floor. Bummer. Called up Greater Western Plumbing at the suggestion of a friend and had a new water heater installed within 3 hours, on a Saturday no less. Could not ask for better service. Provided expert advice on picking out a new water heater and had the entire process explained to me in detail. You will be hard pressed to find better service and a better price anywhere else, and on top of it, these guys know what they are doing. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I ran into some plumbing issues during my bathroom remodel (100+ yr old house) and my remodeler (also outstanding, if anyone needs a referral) brought Great Western Plumbing in on short notice to save the day! Mike was great to work with - on time, very professional, personable, etc. - and was done with the entire job in less than a day. Prices are fair, work is high quality, and I immediately knew I could trust Mike - what more could you ask for? I would not hesitate to recommend GWP - Id be happy to be a referral!

Service was excellent, Mike and Steve were careful to minimize impact on the bathroom and the kitchen. They were really nice and happy to work around the mess of other non-plumbing projects that we have going, and they even liked our dog. Everything is working great, they put quality first and I am sure that their work (relocated and installed new water heater, and installed new kitchen sink) is going to stand up to many many years of use.
