Overall great experience. I got two estimates from other companies in 2015 when the boiler started showing signs that it has to be replaced. Of course I waited until my basement actually was flooded ;-). Terry from A-Value plumbing was the only one able to assist immediately. Terry was punctually, friendly and knowledgeable. The cost of the emergency service was well below the estimates I received earlier. Work performed: Remove a damaged hot water heater. Replace with a new hot water heater. Install a new shutoff valve. Changes in plumbing and venting. Service existing hot water boiler.

Would not recommend them at all. Overcharged us!! Installed a shower pan and new shower head as part of a remodel and we have lukewarm water for the shower. When I called them to come and fix what they messed up he wanted to charge us to come out again and fix it. Hung up on me when I got upset with him.
