6 years ago we hired Sun as the contractor (design and build) for our building. The project went very well and we were very pleased. Earlier this year a design flaw was noticed by our neighbor who then notified the owner of Sun. Unsolicited from me, Sun Construction came out repaired the minor damage, and corrected the design flaw on their dime. Needless to say I was and am extremely impressed.
