Long ago I worked for a custom home builder building extremely high end homes. Our project cost was nowhere near the $1000 per square foot homes that we used to build but the quality was right on par. Blue Mountains team is second to none from Joe the owner right down to the guys who dug the holes for our deck piers. We interviewed a lot of builders before starting our project and we found a lot of good ones but we didnt find a great one until we met Joe. We wanted to remodel our kitchen and bump out our south wall, but we also had a challenge with a sagging roof cantilever on the east wall. Joe was on-sight for about 15 minutes before suggesting that we bump our our east wall as well to better support the roof and give more room in the kitchen. It was a brilliant suggestion. It resolved the roof instability, gave us more square footage in the kitchen and cost was right on par with other builders who didnt factor in any changes to the east wall. Little things always pop up after a project is complete and Blue Mountain has always been super responsive about addressing those. We found out about Blue Mountain by recommendations from very trusted friends and were happy to pass that recommendation on to others.
