Called several contracting companies, and I decided to use BBG General Contracting after they came to my home and presented to me all that would be repaired after a hail storm. Was given an itemized estimate, something that others found unnecessary to do. BBG was more into having my damaged property restored. Other companies were just interested in what the insurance company was paying for the repair. Their representative took the time to go over everything and explained it step by step. BBG would drop by to check that the work was being done correctly, and kept in touch in case I had any concerns or questions. Dont regret using their service. Will call them FIRST if I ever need something done in my home.

I want thank BBG General Contracting for the Professional manner in which they handled our recent insurance claim from hail damage. I was referred to them by a work colleague after being bombarded with phone calls and flyers from other roofing companies who turned out to be not from San Antonio at all and just wanted me to hand over my insurance claim information only to tell me they would do my roof but not the other damages. After the first 15 minutes of talking to the Team from BBG we knew we had the right people for the job. All the work has been completed on time and they exceeded our expectations. We have definitely refer them to our friends and family for any further projects.

So easy! We are in the beginning stages of obtaining estimates for the hail damage to our home. No decisions have been made as of yet, however.... BBG has dramatically eased my apprehension & anxiety! Impressed with their honesty, courtesy, understanding, & professionalism! They have set the bar extremely high for those who follow....
