The most horrible experience. They not only left all the trash from the job they left beer cans, cigarettes and told me that cleaning up the trash was not part of the job. They purchased many many items under my bill and the owner tried to say that was not stealing. The worst workmanship Ive EVER seen from a "licensed" contractor. The owner (Manny) continuously would just say right but did nothing to correct the horrible work. He called to tell me work was complete. I went to check it to find a large truck load of trash, unfinished grout, glass tile installed incorrectly, tape on drywall showing & scrunched. He was paid to leave plumbing in working order and then once I noticed it wasnt corect after I paid him he had said it was not part of the job. Unfortunately I noticed he did not have a vent installed into the bathroom. He has not returned my calls although he said I would have a warranty he does not answer any calls to get it fixed. Guess legal action is my only recourse at this point.

I suggest you never use this contractor...unless you enjoy being swindled. I joined in a contract with the owner, Manuel Holguin, and he refuses to complete the project, although he has already been paid. He has told me numerous times he will finish the job, but he hasnt been back since I paid him, which was over a month ago. The contract calls for him to finish within 7 days. I will never use this contractor again.

Nice job! Their customer service is 5 star. They kept me updated daily on my project with notes and photos. They even have a customer portal where you can see the progress. Very well organized. I will use them again for my next project.
