Have been tacking my car and truck to sears for the last 5 years. I do have to say since John is the manager now it has gone down hill fast. Never return calls. Always rude. Thinks his crap dont stink and that everything revolves around him. I just sat on hold for 18 min to get an appointment. I call back on another line. He goes through his how can we earn you business today. I tell him he can earn my business by not keeping me on hold for 18 min. I thought I would at least get an apology from him. I was wrong. He did not care one bit. Told him I needed my tires rotated and an alignment check. He the. Tried to cover the phone and told someone that they needed to give him a sec that he was dealing with Im not sure what he said. I did not like how he said it. And then I hung up. Never again will I take any of my cars back to sears!

I went here to have the back brakes replaced on my truck. They set the brakes way too high so that they lock up half the time, and they left air in the lines so that half the time the brakes dont work at all. My truck stops worse than it did before they worked on it. I called them about fixing the problems they created, and they told me that they wont fix the air in the lines, they will just back the brakes off so that they arent set too high anymore. I would recommend finding a different shop to have work done on your vehicle.

Ive dealt with this shop a few times. All my problems were tire related and they were always able to fix the issues and get me back on my way quickly. Ive only stopped in for service in the early morning and found that there was really no wait time. The staff was nice and quick in diagnosing and fixing the issue.

Had an appt, had to rechedulefor 4 pm. Took my car in and they said they need it for AT LEAST 2 hrs (for an oil change). First time and last time I will go there, ended up walking out without service.

Got an oil change here, very pleased at first glance. No pricing surprises (they used to hide the oil filter fee), quality service, and good communication.
