Place is supposed to open at 8:00 am. It says so everywhere...on the website, on the door. I was there to drop off my car at exactly 8:00 and there wasnt a soul there. I called and was told that they dont open until 8:15 or 8:30. Is this any way to run a business?

Not a good shop. Went to have alignment done and was told the power steering rack and pinion needed to be replaced because it was leaking. I said maybe some other time. Got my car back with the steering wheel off center and still out of alignment.

My wife called to ask if you guys worked on BMW and she got... kinda sorta... and nothing else. WTF? Then she asked if she could take it in for at least a diagnostic and the replied... yep. Wow. Not using you guys.

Middle of the road type place. Can do basic maintenance fairly easily, but difficult repairs take so long and are accident prone that taking it to a dealer is actually faster/cheaper.
