DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Our experience was so horrible it would take too much time to type it all here. Ill just give you the bullet points: -This location makes it a practice to perform UNAUTHORIZED repairs to your vehicle. As in, they give you a quote for parts and labor and then replace more parts and take a lot longer than orignally stated without letting you know they are doing such. (FYI, this is illegal and if they do it you, you DO NOT have to pay for the unauthorized work-no matter what they say!) -Our $1700 quote ended up being an actual total of $5200-which is impossible because they would have had to have worked on the vehicle for more hours than they had it in the shop for. Needless to say, we did not agree to pay that inflated amount as any work performed beyond the original estimate was not approved by us. -This location not only welcomes back employees that have "no call, no showed" for 2 days, they employ convicted felons. -If they say the job will take 2 days, expect it to take more than a WEEK! -The district managers offer to "make things right" after we brought to his attention that his business practices are illegal was to offer $300 off our next visit (not happening, ever) and roadside assistance. (Im not getting in a vehicle with convicted felons, sorry.) -By the time we got our vehicle back it was 4 days later than promised, no extra work had been authorized, but HAD been performed. The power steering pump was STILL leaking fluid because the technician who installed it smashed the seal. Terrible workmanship and customer service. STAY AWAY!!!!!

My car is worse since taking it here for service. I took my car in to have my brakes serviced. After 2 hours, they tell me I need $800 worth of work done on my vehicle and that I would basically be driving a death trap if I didnt pay for the work. I do not have that kind of money so naturally I signed up for the credit card they offer in hopes that my issues would be solved. After 4 more hours, they were done and then told me "You might want to get an alignment ASAP". So after you guys scare the crap out of me, force me to pay this outrageous bill, and I still need another $200+ worth of work done? Now when i drive my car, it sounds like Im doing a full on burnout at the slightest turn of the wheel. It sounds and feels like Im going to spin out of control at any minute! I have never felt more confused about a car maintenance situation before. I wish I never took my car there, it honestly drove fine compared to how it drives now after taking it there. I wish I had the resources to pursue legal action, because Im sure nobody sends a customer out the door with their wheel permanently turned a quarter to the Left. Especially after you just charged them $800! If I treated the guy at the counter the same way he treated me, Im sure he wouldve been irate with me.

I went to this location to replace my discs and break pads, in the end I paid about $450. Its not expensive or cheap because all parts where new. Recently I went back to fix the wheel bearings. I paid $431, but the car seems to be in worse condition than when I took it in. I waited for about 6 hours that same day because they where also going to replace an axel. Well it turns out they werent able to do that. They just said to take it to another place. Just brakes is not a good place to get your car serviced because they are just like pharmaceutical companies. They give you a temporary fix but it really seems like they damage another part of your car so you depend on them. I wouldnt go back to them. I dont recommend this company to nobody. I gave them 1 star because I had too, but really, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I went in asking for rear brake pads and an oil change. I went and walked around to kill some time and when I come back, they try charging me for all 4 new rotors, new air filter, brake fluid flush, all new brake pads, and all sorts of CRAP I never asked for. I changed my front brakes a little while ago and i had all 4 tires off. I saw my rotors and know what they look like. Not what they tried to describe to me. Tried to get me to pay $950 for a simple $200 brake/oil change job. Never coming back here again. Only reason Im sitting here is because my truck is on the lift with the tires off and I dont have time to do it myself. You can bet Ill MAKE time next time. nice guy but RIDICULOUS prices and RIDICULOUS they try to take advantage of you like that. Stay away.

I can sit here and explain my entire experience/s but I will only get more and more angry so Ill keep it to the point. I went in for front brake pads only and was told I had to replace everything instead (over $1,000) so I did, even though the car had less than 30k miles and didnt need it. I noticed that the car didnt brake as well as before (even after break-in). Then I had items falling off my brakes while driving! *Safety concern! Months later I was dumb enough to go back for an oil change. One of the Managers did the oil change himself and did not properly secure the splash guard back to the car (leaving multiple screws out) so it got ruined. People PLEASE do not waste your time going here. Youre welcome.

Dont go there. I went there to check on break pads, and owner gave me a quote for $950. he wanted me to change all components of brake system (pads, rotors, calipers etc) for both front and rear. according to him all 4 wheels brake components are in bad shape. and they also charged for inspection ($20) which is free in most other shops. when I asked what were the thickness of existing pads, he did not have exact measurements, he told by looking at those pads they look bad :) Then I went to another local shop and found that only front pads were bad. I got it changed for $150.

I went to just brakes because I needed new shocks and thought I needed new brakes. Barry told me the brakes were about 50% good and I really didnt need to have them replaced yet. I appreciate the honesty. Thats why Ill continue using Just Brakes and dealing with Barry. The communication was awesome. They also replaced spark plugs and wires. They found a lose wheel bearing and replaced it. I was wondering why there was a vibration in the steering wheel. The new bearing smoothed the ride out. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Dave took care of me and my 2002 Honda Accord EX-L V6. He identified some problems unknown to me and showed the physical data and paperwork indicating a potential serious problem. I highly recommend this location as he take customer service to a personal level... You dont feel like a customer or another job, you feel that you are apart of there team/family... I always recommend this location just for the pure quality of workmanship and customer service. Did what I needed and then some Thanks Tyler P.

I was in desperate need of new brakes but I had a very limited budget. I checked with what seemed like everybody and everyone was too high. I found Just Brakes in a local ad I called them and brought in my van. They went in and took a look. They gave me some great suggestions. I advised them of my budget and they made it work. Great service for a great price. Now I feel safe and I am back on the road. Thank you Just Brakes you guys are great! Jeffrey B. Aurora, CO
