I will not be back to this Firestone after the treatment I received today by Darren. I made an appointment like I normally do and was told on the phone that it would be 45 minutes to an hour to complete my oil change. When I arrived for the appointment I was again told that it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Forty-five minutes later my car was still sitting in the parking lot. When I inquired about the time frame, Darren was absolutely rude...making reference to people being a**holes and speaking condescendingly to me about how the time it takes to work on cars can be uncertain. Darren referred me to his boss who he explained would be in the next day. Way to step up and take care of a problem in your shop Darren. In the end Darren told me to take my keys and go somewhere else. I will be sure to continue taking my vehicle and my familys vehicles elsewhere, as well as let others know that this Firestone has horrible service!

Look for local family own shops not corporate companies. My jeep has been dealing with a mystery symptom. Ive been taking the jeep in for the same issues for a few months. After spending a good amount of money for a recent repair there and being promised that the issue has been solved, ive had enough. It was not fixed. I person i work with and who i trust, told me about Groffs automotive. He swore that they will not rip me off and that they will find and fix the problem on the first try. After a quick search of the business and my friend telling me that they use to own jeeps, i scheduled an appointment and never looked back. They found and repaired the problem in 1 day while it took Firestone months with no repair. It is safe to say that i am now and will be a long time customer and will not hesitate to recommend then to anyone. Goodbye firestone

We used to go to this Firestone, but stopped years ago due to difference of opinion on work quality with the store. However, we are selling our Civic, and it had a lifetime warranty for alignment, so I took it back to get it aligned before putting it on the market. The technician ran over the tire stop, and did some damage to the bumper. They are replacing the bumper, but after now seeing the fender liner is laying on the tire, the manager Jeremy, was very rude about how that would be addressed. He may be frustrated, but its not good to be rude to a customer over something your technician did in the first place. We shall see how the rest of this unfolds, but at this point, I highly recommend you find another car care service. I recommend Autotech Plaza on Platte. Nothing but honest, upfront, stellar customer service there!

I have been using this Firestone for some time since it is close to my office. I have always been pleased with the service. Dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and forgot I had to pick it up before they closed. Went by the store and the lights were off, but saw Chris and another mechanic locking up. Asked if I could pick up my vehicle and Chris explained that everything was shut down and the final receipts for the day were already posted, so he couldnt even except payment. However, he offered to unlock the store, turn the computer on, call the store manager for permission to release my vehicle and accepted a credit card pre-authorization so they could charge it the next day. This saved me from a tremendous inconvenience. I appreciate Chris and the other guy going to extra lengths to help!

The guys over at this firestone are beyond phenomenal, they have gone above and beyond each time that Ive brought my car to them. I live in the mountains over an hour and 1/2 away and will make the trip just to bring my car to firestone on Cascade. They have never let me down, and I ask a lot of questions and the group here is always so polite and professional and will gladly so you in person and take time out of their busy work load to make sure that you get the best service. I will never take my car anywhere else!!! Plus, I do not write reviews but Ive been here on multiple occasions and the have done such a great job that they deserve the good review. Any complai rd or concerns and they address them immediately and will do everything they can to work with you. Keep it up!!

They totaled my Jeep. I had a tire rotation done at Firestone, shortly after the wheel came off my vehicle while driving. The damage to my Jeep was so severe that the insurance company totaled it. Firestone claimed no responsibility, would not cooperate, and would not even apologize or show any sort of empathy for the situation. Best they could figure, is that the guy who tightened the lugnuts forgot the front drivers side tire. The state patrol officer who came to the scene of the accident stated that if it had happened on a paved road, or going any faster, the Jeep would have flipped and killed the driver. Dont service your vehicle here.

This place is a joke. I left my wallet at home and when I was going to get ir watched omlne of their techs pass me doing 60 in a 30 in someone elses car And didnt yield for pedestrians. Got back to tgw shop and surprise! Thats the tech I got. He stood around for a while then worked on a miata behind my car even though I had an appointment. Now its 2 houra later I told them nevermind the alignment. Absolutely ridiculous to wait 2 hours for 4 tires and an oil change. And theyre still not done yet. Big thumbs down screw this place.

The Firestone team at 202 N. Cascade are brilliant. They take great of my vehicle and myself. I dont have any complaints. They are trustworthy, hard working, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, I could go on and on. I brought my vehicle in for a service/repair today. The Technician completed the service/repair earlier than expected. Im not taking my vehicle anywhere else.

Had to file fraud charges, replaced parts that were not even broken, then had me take the car to someone else because they couldnt do the work...and wouldnt refund the money I spent when the other shop showed them they replaced, and damaged installing because they arent certified to work on in the first place. Dont get your car fixed here, they dont stand by their work!

Christan brothers automotive said there was a coolant leak from my water pump that had 35k miles on it. Estimated repair cost was $1000. Took my Tacoma to Firestone, they overpressurized the cooling system, and detected no leaks except for wetspot along the axle seal just replaced by Christian Brothers Automotive. NO charge by Firestone. Excellent customer service.

Always a pleasure dealing with any of the folk at this Firestone. Quick and convenient. Got a nail in my tire on a snowy day. Dropped my car off to get the tire fixed and an oil change while they were at it. Despite closing early due to weather, one employee stayed behind so I could pick my car up the same day. Just the best experience yet on top of many others.
