I had gotten an alignment done at Tires Plus, and still felt my car pulling to the right. I brought it to Christian Brothers to have them take a look at it, since they are right up the road from me. They redid the alignment and also did a brake fluid flush. Pros: -Friendly, patient -Didnt try to up-sell -When I was checking out, they took the time to go outside and show me what they were talking about. -Didnt sound condescending when explaining things to me--I have limited car knowledge. -When I came to pick up my car, they drove it up to the office and had placed a cold bottle of water in my drink holder. It was a nice touch. Cons: -Expensive (although the alignment was only a few dollars more than Tires Plus). -They asked for my email and I asked them why. I was told I would get updates about my car, what was being done to it, the receipt, etc., so I gave it to them. I got text message alerts, but no emails. The reason this bothered me was because when I came to pick up my car, they showed me a sheet of paper with the before and after specifications of my alignment. They told me Tires Plus either didnt align it correctly, or their alignment machine was off. They didnt give me that sheet of paper, so I assumed it would be emailed to me (I wanted to take it to Tires Plus to see if I could get at least a partial refund). I was also told I would be emailed the receipt as well because their computers were having problems. This was on a Friday; I didnt receive the receipt in my email all weekend or Monday, so I called them and they emailed it to me. I didnt see the alignment specification paper attached, so I called them on Wednesday to see if they could email it to me. They told me they didnt think they had it, but would go check; I was a little disappointed they didnt give it to me when I was originally checking out, because I was expecting a copy of it (I was given a copy when Tires Plus did my alignment). I dont know if it was a miscommunication or not, but it would have been helpful to have. However, they did call me back to inform me they didnt keep it and apologized. I will most likely go back to them in the future, and will definitely ask for a copy of my alignment next time. Would give them 4 1/2 stars if possible.

If youre looking for an honest, fair, thorough, friendly and professional automotive experience, look no further than Christian Brothers Automotive in Parker, CO. I have recently taken my truck and my wifes car here for some overdue repairs and they were fantastic! The whole process starts with the amazing and dynamic Service Manager, Ernest Nelson. Mr. Nelson sets the tone for this establishment and does so with the most friendly and professional demeanor Ive experienced in all my years of dealing with automotive shops. Its all the little things they do here, like sending you a text message informing you that "a technician is now diagnosing your vehicle.", to the emails that provide you with the Repair Order Service Info that breaks down exactly what the problem(s) is/are to the exact cost breakdown, to the follow-up text message informing you that "a technician is now servicing you vehicle", to "your vehicle is ready for pick up." This business is doing it the right way when it comes to providing extraordinary automotive care and customer service beyond what is typical in this industry. They have broken the mold, or should I say, created the mold of how an automotive experience should be at Christian Brothers Automotive. We will continue to have all of our automotive services done here for sure. And so should you. Thank you Christian Brothers Automotive and God Bless!

I took my lifted GMC Sierra in today to get new brakes and have my suspension looked at, as well as take care of some sensor issues in the dash. This was my first time with CBA and I am usually very uneasy about being up sold by automotive places, but I quickly realized they were much different. They told me they would call me at 1pm with the diagnostics of the courtesy test they run. Sure enough 1pm on the nose and my phone rang. I had some things that needed addressed along with what I brought it in for and it was going to cost me 2 grand to do it all. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase any of the additional items. I needed some time to mull it over so Ernest told me to take my time and call when I was ready. I ended up getting 1500$ in services done. I went in at closing time to pick up my truck and they were just wrapping up. I went to pay my bill and they ended up knocking an additional 120$ off because they didnt feel right charging me for the 5 minutes it took to fix my dash sensor. They told me they didnt want my money they wanted my business. These people are the most stand up people I have ever dealt with in the service industry. They are nothing but honest, upfront and worthy of your business. I will never take either of my vehicles anywhere but Christian Brothers. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I am still in awe of how outstanding this place is!

I am so thankful to the people who work at the Christian Brothers Automotive Parker!! On August 9th, my 2013 GMC Acadia stopped driving properly (would not drive over 30mph) so I immediately called CBA (we had had some previous work done there and had a great experience) and they said I could come in right away. Upon arrival, they diagnosed the problem. I had my children with me and am very unfamiliar with cars, so the whole situation was uncomfortable and they were very reassuring. When they realized that the needed repair would be covered under warranty, the amazing service manager at CBA contacted the closest GMC dealership, explained the situation, and made an appt for my car to come in and be repaired. Additionally, when my car would not start, he contacted a towing company and coordinated the transport of my vehicle from the CBA to the dealership. Two days later, we picked our car up from the dealership and all of the repairs were completed under warranty! Meanwhile, the whole time this ordeal was taking place, we were able to wait comfortably in their beautiful waiting area. This level of customer service is unmatched in the auto repair industry! I am so thankful for all of the support that was given to my family that day. We will, for sure, schedule all future maintenance and repairs at Christian Brothers Automotive, Parker!

This is a decent automotive place. I have gone a couple of times and havent been terribly impressed. The people are fantastic to talk with but the quality of repairs is not what I would consider good. I have talked with another person who had similar results to me. I went in and wanted them to check a couple of things to see what was wrong with my 2002 Volvo s60. One was my check engine light was on and they wanted to charge over 100 for a diagnostics on it. I went to a friend who had a scanner and he plugged it in, noticed that the fumes for the gasoline were leaking. The first thing he checked was my gas cap and sure enough it was a washer. I paid 10 for a new gas cap and saved myself a chunk of change. After talking with other automotive Volvo mechanics it doesnt seem that much of the information I was told was accurate. Again, very nice guys, great customer service, just not too satisfied with the actual vehicle repairs. I have changed the review from a 2 star to 3 star because I have received a call from the owner of Christian Brothers and I am very impressed with his willingness to address each and every issue I have listed.
