HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE STORE AND ON THE PHONE. TRANSFERED 5 TIMES. I PAID OVER $1,000 FOR A KITCHEN AID DISWASHER YES $1,000 AND THE INTERIOR DOOR PANEL WAS DAMAGED FROM THE BEGINNING. I HAD A REPAIR GUY COME OUT 3 TIMES BECAUSE THE NEW ORDERED PART ARRIVED DAMAGED EACH TIME. THE BOX LOOKED LIKE THE PET DETECTIVE DELIVERED IT. AFTER THE 3RD TIME, THEY SAID I WOULD GET A NEW DISHWASHER. ON THE 4TH VISIT THE NEW DISHWASHER CAME DAMAGED AT THE FRAME AND WHEEL LOCATION. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE INSTALL NEVER HAPPENED. THE REPAIR GUY TOOK THE NEW DISHWASHER WITH HIM AND I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM SEARS SINCE JAN OF 2015. NOW MY DISHWASHER IS NOT CLEANING. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND THEY TRANSFERED ME 5 TIMES AND I HAD TO TELL MY STORY EACH TIME. THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD A NEW DISHWASHER INSTALLED IN JAN 2015. I EXPLAINED THAT THE INSTALL NEVER HAPPENED BECAUSE THE DISHWASHER ARRIVED DAMAGED. OBVIOUSLY THE INSTALLER DID NOT FOLLOW UP WITH SEARS. NOW THEY TELL ME THEY NEED A REP TO COME OUT TO MY HOUSE AND DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND START ALL OVER AGAIN...REALLY SEARS! PATHETIC!

Wouldnt warranty my tires despite the uninformed wear pattern and the fact that I bought the tires from them and always rotated and aligned as required. Took it to the GM and he promised me if the "got worse" to come see him. Seriously? Wow. Sears is in such financial distress that they are cutting every corner to stay open. I no longer buy tires at Sears. Something Ive done for 20 years. As I write this Im on hold on the phone for 8 min while I wait for Don the mgr. Terrible service. Slow, takes much longer than they estimate.

About 8 months ago I replaced the tires and had an alignment done on my 92 Cadillac Deville...Within those 8 months I drove slightly over 3000 miles, which isnt much. After a short time I realized a massive amount of irregular wear on my two front tires. The good folks at the Southgate auto center promptly inspected my ride, redid the alignment, and replaced the damaged tires, all at No Extra Cost. Thanks fellas, it iz truly appreciated!

I will give zero star. They dont know what they are doing. While were there in Colorado Springs cooling system of my minivan broke. They failed to fix wasted my more than half day. Worst thing is they plugged overflow pipe, we immediately notice superheated car. Finally we take it to nearby Firestone, they fixed it. I still wonder, when Sears dont know how to fix, why they have auto center?

This used to be where we would go to get our oil changed and other minor repairs done to our cars but after having the threads stripped from the oil pan and having to take it back three times to get it fixed I quit going there. It seems that since Sears has had cash flow problems the service here has gone downhill badly.

They are horrible do not take your car here. They lied to my husband about his rotors to try to get us to purchase new ones. Then they kept them for a day and a half to let us know that they still could not turn them.

Terrible customer service. They dont accept their online coupons without an online appointment and I had to sit and wait over 2 hours for my car to have an oil change! Horrible! Never coming here again
