For the comment from Dennis Martin, it was your compressor not condenser that we replaced, and you had it serviced somewhere else or did it yourself with Freon from an auto parts place because the system was overfull, with that being said the compressor failed due to being over pressurized. I explained we can only warranty parts for as long as the parts companies can warranty for, the job was done over 2 years ago. In my opinion people will slander a company when they cannot get something for free.I even made a call to the manager of the parts supplier we got the compressor from and they offered to give me a discount off a new one to help out. We always stand behind our labor and within our parts warranties. We have been here for over 30 years and our long time customers can confirm our reputation and we see it through their loyalty to us!!!! Had the F250 ( and shes an old girl) in here for some front end work and diff seals. I thought I needed x,y and z - Rylees dad advised otherwise after checking the truck and saved me money and work - super honest!! Had some minor snags with the diff seals after, but Rylee, her Dad and the rest of the crew didnt hesitate, got the truck back, in sorted everything out and sent me on my way again. Excellent service, good customer care and value for money. These guys are highly recommended!!!

I had Compact Auto put in an air conditioner condenser on my truck (5.9 Cummings) just over 2 years ago and the part has gone out already, they would not stand behind the parts or the labor. I will never use them again, unless I want to give them money every 2 years to replace the same part.
