A nail in my tire turned out to be a fantastic experience with buying new tires at Tire King! I stopped in there for the first time yesterday due to a flat tire that I needed fixed. In the mean time, I asked if they could provide some quotes on a new set of tires. Ive needed them for quite a while, but have been putting off the decision. Dan was great to work with and gave me several options to choose from. He didnt pressure me or push me, and gave me honest thoughts on low, mid, and high end choices. In the end, he gave me a great deal that definitely beat the price of what I was thinking about getting at Costco! However, the best part was the great customer service! The crew stayed late to get my new tires on immediately (even though they were only 5 minutes from closing when I made the decision to get them)! On top of that, they also took care of a lug nut issue that I had...free of charge! My Dad has been telling me for a while that I needed to stop in and visit, and Im glad that the nail in my tire finally forced me to do it. My experience was 100% positive and not only will I be back, Ill recommend others as well! Thank you Dan and the rest of your staff!

Ive been going to Tire King of Falcon since they opened many years ago. I take all 4 of my familys vehicles (from old 320k to new 6k) to them. They totally understand the difference between what needs to be done, what has to be done, and what could be done. They know exactly what I want and never pressure me with ridiculous or un-needed upsells. Ive been in the auto business myself and they are literally the best shop Ive ever worked with. Dan, Jason, & Joe are incredible along with the rest of the Tire King of Falcon crew. They definitely have integrity. I highly recommend them and would drive from Colorado Springs to Falcon just to have them work on my vehicles.

They were super nice. I was considering getting a new/used tired and after my research and phone calls I decided to swing in. I believe it was Robert who helped me and after asking questions about my situation he offered to try a repair on the current tire versus a new/used tires. He wanted to genuinely help me out, allow me to take the cheaper route, not pushy with a sale, and the service was fast! Their waiting room was clean and even had toys for my child to play while we waited. I will definitely be returning for my future repairs! Thanks guys for your excellent customer service!

I highly recommend Tire King of Falcon. I called them before going and I talked to Joe. Very friendly, welcoming and family oriented. They know what they are doing. If I need work done and they can do it I am going to Tire King. I had rims put on my car in which another shop didnt know what they were doing so they didnt do it. Joe like a doctor diagnosed the situation and like a surgeon was precise with the work. I note happy customer. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Joe and Tire King...

Tire King of Falcon is the old school tire shop that I remember as a kid. Old fashion A+ customer service, coupled with great prices is just the ticket. Regardless of the marketing tactics of Pep Boys and Discount Tire.....Tire King has prices that are just as good or better and they treat their customer with respect. I highly recommend they guys!!!! Also, anyone will love their free service of changing winter tires and fixing flats. Awesome!

Purchased tires here, and while still under warranty, one got a leak requiring frequent air fill ups. I asked Tire King to look at it and they topped off the air and said all looked good. A week later, Les Schwab found a good sized nail and patched the hole for free. Lame customer service, uncomfortable waiting room, and techs with little attention to detail. Id suggest you go to Les Schwab.

Very friendly. Only problem we had was they automatically assumed our engineer was an interference motor, so when the timing belt broke, the engine would be done. Then the 3 days later, after spending hotel room money, they decided, nope single overhead cam and not the original engine... Timing belt kit later, cars running. Although, the timing isnt set right.

Dont waste your time coming to this tire shack. Taking my money somewhere else where i dont have to wait a week and schedule appiontments like Im at the dentist very unprofessional. Drove 40 mins out of my way to also sit in the parking lot for 20 min to get inside to find out their booked for service wont be wasting my time to drive back to this place

I was visiting my Mom who lives nearby, and I had a slow leak in one of my tires that seemed to be getting worse, so I stopped in with my car (Mercedes GL550). They quickly got the keys, took the car into the shop and then let me know about 20 minutes later they had pulled a nail and patched the tire at no charge. Fast, friendly and competent.

Moved here in 2013. We get all our tires and wheels here for our business and personal vehicles. They have done our brakes. alignments and more... we will keep coming in. The price is always what they said in the beginning. They added a new larger waiting area the is also awesome.

I ran over a nail and walmart said my tread was too thin and i would have to buy 4 new tires for my 4 wheel drive. Tire King pulled the nail patched my tire for FREE! These are great people with great customer services and prices. Keep them in mind if you ever need tires.

Thanks to Rob, Jason and all the folks at Tire King for my cars suspension parts replaced. The service was fast (done well before projected date of completion) and very reasonable rates. Will definitely be going back when I need tires and service on my other vehicle!

I dont know about the quality of the tires - I guess I can do a followup review in about 40K miles. However the customer service was great and the amount of time it took was unbelievably fast! Id recommend them based on that and the price!

Tarrable service cant fix what they sold, extreamly rude. Cant help customers, extreamly high prices, go somewhere else if you want good service, and a ton better prices. Dealers are cheaper and more friendly than Tire King...
