Over the years Ive used Automotive Plus for their emissions testing. During those visits I was so impressed with the respect that I both recieved and that I witnessed them giving to all customers. Recently I found myself needing extensive work done on one of my vehicle that would require extra effort on a mechanics part. After being turned away from several garages because of the complexity of the situation I remember Automotive Plus and the outstanding job I saw them giving to their customers. I then called Automotive Plus and they where happy to help me and went above and beyond to help get my vehicle running great. Besides their positive attitude to both myself and wife, they repaired my car for well below all other garages prices I was quoted. It is a place you can not only trust but know you are getting excellant service!!!

I went there to have emissions done on my car. I had a feeling it might not pass, but went as required. The owner was demeaning when I walked in and demanded cash without any discussion. After my car failed he degraded me, as though I should know all about cars and their repair. After his rude dismissal of me, he said "let me know if you want us to try to fix it." When hades freezes over maybe.

I brought my car to Richie and he fixed my car for a tenth of what my dealership quoted me. I was told by Torrington Nissan that my repairs would cost in excess of $4,000. and decided to check out Automotive Plus instead. He fixed what was wrong instead of replacing all of the parts and saved me a ton! I would give my highest recommendation to anyone who doesnt like wasting their money or time!

I talked to a "KID" that answered the phone , he was so rude ,he wouldnt let me talk to the owner, I called back to talk to the owner who was polite and courteous , the tow driver was a really great person to deal with in a bad situation for me

Terrible. Extremely rude staff. Walked out and took my business elsewhere because I wasnt even willing to give them the $20 for an emissions test. AVOID
