My experience can only be described as disastrous. I took a subaru legacy in to get a wheel bearing replaced. They told me I had a bad head gasket and offered to buy the car for $500. I decided to hold onto the car while searching for another. I bought a newer forester and took it to them for a general diagnosis and basic repairs including an oil change. To issues were nored but the car ran low on oil and the engine was destroyed. I then had another garage check the 2001 and they said there was no head gasket problem. So advanced automotive tried to scam me out of one car, and destroyed anothers engine. They deny all responsibility and have made no effort to work with me to resolve these issues.

Heres why they earned 5 stars from me: they got me in the door with a reasonably priced oil change but en my check engine light was on, so they diagnosed and fixed the issue within 2 days. They hadnt sent the right part, so the owner went out to pick it up himself while I waited. On top of that, they were very honest about their pricing and didnt overcharge me for the labor (only 1/2 hour- some places charge by the full hour). I will definitely be back!

I have brought my vehicles to AA several times in the past for what proved to be minor work. This time I thought I had a major brake problem. They could have agreed with my erroneous assessment and charged me $100s for unnecessary work but instead they honestly evaluated the situation, charged me less than $100 for what needed to be done and sent me on my merry way. Honest, prompt, informative and friendly; you cant beat it with a stick.

The fact that this is a family owned business counts a lot for me, because it helps account for the welcoming, friendly atmosphere that makes doing business there so pleasant. But what counts for me even more is that, as the owner of a BMW X5, I know that Ron loves and has worked on BMWs for many years and when I leave mine there for repairs, I can feel confident it will be handled by an expert.

The local dealership quoted $474 + tax for the same work these guys did for $369 including tax. In and out in 4 hours. I was taken home & picked up. My SUV runs like new. Couldnt be happier. And, they DID NOT try to oversell me on anything.

Very friendly and fairly priced. I try to do most repairs myself but for AC system replacement I had AA conduct the work. They were fast and cost was fair, no hidden charges. Definitely recommended
