So I went to this place for an oil change. Their mechanic ed said my tires had a bubble in it. Then tell me I dont need to bring my car to this shop anymore because they offer at home services and He can get parts and will do the labor cheaper by calling him directly. Long story short he needed the money upfront to by the parts and he was supposed to come back and fix my car and he gave me the whole spell on how he represent the shop and customer satisfaction is their number one priority. He keep telling me he will be by my house later or the shop has him going to others house to fix other people cars. This been going on for about a month now. Im lost out of $300 and this guy is just ignoring my calls. I called meineke because this guy ed represent this shop and get parts from this shop.

All the fuss and negativity about Meineke workers and service is based solely on YOUR experience. Take some time off and actually go to the shop and see what they suggest and offer to you. I came here to get some exhaust work done and the boss was very respectful and straight to the point of what needed to be addressed. Both workers did a good job welding and placing everything right. Of course when it comes to exhaust work its not cheap but then again you pay good money for work, youll get good results in the long run. I left very satisfied. Like I said dont bash shops w negative reviews. Those reviews were based on THE CUSTOMERS experience not yours. So give these guys a shot, they do good work. Later!

I love bringing my car here. The manager is so kind and so nice I never feel taken advantage of with the repairs they perform. Yes the place is dirty but its a mechanic shop, obviously its not clean. I will never go anywhere else.

Good experience. The mechanics all seemed to know their stuff, and everything was straightforward and professional nobody tried to upsell me or get me to pay for repairs I dont need like some of these places do.

Terrible customer service, had my wife vastly over pay for parts she didnt need. Taking advantage of her not knowing what her car needed. Avoid at all cost
