Not just an oil-change place. They do a wide range of maintenance tasks. Its like going to your dealer, but more affordable. They always give me a computer print-out of my vehicles upcoming recommended maintenance schedule, so I can plan ahead. (I then double-checked with the dealer-some recommendations have changed, even from what the owners manual says). You dont need an appointment. They show you the worn-out parts, after and sometimes before replacing them. Coupons come in the mail, but are available for printing out online anytime! OK, the waiting room is not as cushy-but it has TV, magazines and coffee. Plus theyre so fast, who cares?

I recently bought a new Nissan and to get the repairs at the dealer, it was an astronomical cost. I took the vehicle to Midas in Milford, and was very very surprised at the prices and quality of service I received. It was by far the most pleasant experience at a repair shop I have ever had. The staff was more than willing to help and even took the time to take me out to my vehicle and suggest ways to care for the vehicle and what to look for if things were going wrong. The owner was also very kind, knowledgeable and an honest business owner.

In my hand was a $15.00 oil change coupon to Firestone or a $26.00 oil change coupon to Midas. I chose Midas. Been there 4 times for other various needs (1 emergency) and each time it has been a fantastic experience, short wait time & superb service. As a consumer with choices, I would gladly pay the extra $11 bucks.

Excellent Service & Prices: I have been bringing my family cars here for service for years. The staff is friendly,knowledgeable and the price is ½ the cost of the dealer. I saved hundreds of dollars having them service Mecedes Benez and BMW.
