My first gym membership ever and 7 years later I am still here! The owner Shawn, Jay, Dana, and the rest of the staff have always accommodated me and the atmosphere is one of a kind and far unique from other chain gyms around Connecticut. The facility is up to date and always clean, the members here are consistent and courteous, and overall its a totally non-threatening environment compared to gyms where you might feel unwelcome for not being on a certain level of "fitness". Everyone is always welcoming and the local members are friendly enough to motivate you to keep on "showing up".

This is by far the worst gym establishment I have been a member of. My disappointment extends from the gym itself and the offerings of the group classes to the customer service received on many occasions. Once signed up at this gym and its affiliated gym Xpress Fitness, there is no way to terminate early regardless of reason (except for moving over 25 miles away). Not sure how they continue to get new members- seems like they are only in business because they make it so hard to quit membership.

"Best gym in town" or "Best gym in the area" is not really saying much, considering the only other gyms in the town are Physiques sister gym, Fitness Xpress, and the YMCA. Very expensive gym with little to no maintenance/upkeep of the equipment. Save your $20 a month and join the Edge instead, you wont regret it.

I love Physique! They have all new cardio equipment, beautiful locker rooms, and a Kids Club so that you can bring your children and still get a workout in! My favorite thing about this gym is that they make changes and updates to classes/equipment etc. quite frequently.

This gym is by far the best gym Ive ever been to. I started coming here in the mornings before school/work and it has improved my mood and even grades! The amount of things you get from getting a membership at this gym has no price tag!

Spent a large amount on refurbishing locker rooms and all their treadmills and ellipticals are falling apart . Way too expensive fir what they offer.
