ATT Danbury is a family that is always there for me, even when I return from an extended time off. I love the sport, I love the instruction that I have received over 14 years and I love the people. This is my home away from home. The technical level of the instruction is superb as is the level of my ATT Danbury brothers. There is so much more to a Jiu Jitsu club than the level of the instructor, the number of medals and the recognition of world class athletes. We are lucky to have all of these but in addition, we take the time to ensure that every student gets an opportunity to accomplish their personal goals. With 5 black belts on the mat for most evening rolls, you do not have to go far for a willing instructor to assist you in improving your game.

I loved my experience at American Top Team Danbury CT. I highly recommend anyone looking to train in MMA,BJJ, or Muay Thai in that area to join immediately. I live in New York City and traveled 1 hour away to train with black belt Lugi Mondelli. I was nervous at first about training at a new academy from such a highly acclaimed black belt, however the staff and students made me feel very welcomed and I was greeted as if I were training there for years. That vibe alone is worth ever penny. Its hard to find MMA acadamies that are both high level and having a relaxed atmosphere, this academy Deffiently achieves that ten fold. Beginners are closely catered to as well as the seasoned veterans. Ouss

After training with American Top Team danbury for over a year now I can confidently say theres no better school or team. The friendly, eager atmosphere is infectious. Hostile attitudes or actions are entirely absent from the school, and the list of guidelines and etiquette makes the standard clear. The staff are passionate and genuinely interested in the welfare and education of every student on the team. Offering a wide range of martial arts and physical exercise including childrens classes and cardio kickboxing, ATT is a fabulous place to learn and grow.

Ive been taking my son to ATT in Danbury for 4 years (since he was 9 years old). Master Luigi and his staff are all great at teaching kids not only BJJ, but self discipline and self confidence. Any form of martial arts I think is great for kids to learn, but BJJ is especially useful in "real life" self defense. My son is not a fighter, but he loves going to class and definitely feels more self-confident knowing he can better handle himself if push comes to shove (literally).
