FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, on a scale of 1-10, I very generously rate NYSC to BELOW ZERO, if not lower. All they want is your money and no principle whatsoever on their part. I joined that Gym but did not use it for months in a row, may be once in a blue moon. At the time of joining, I was assured that I had the PRIVILEGE OF BRINGING IN A GUEST. My guest used to come with me during that ONCE-IN-A-WHILE workout. I took a membership for my son separately. One day I walked in with my guest. They showed me a sign that showed a change in the guest rules. They insisted that I must take separate membership for her if she plans to use the Gym since the rule changed. Heavily embarrassed and unwilling to send her back because we rode together, I was forced to take a membership for her. At the very least, they could have sent me an email in advance stating the change in rule when they changed it and I would definitely not have brought her with me. Smart, isnt it? I also noticed that the write-up on the change in rules was moved ten minutes or so after our arrival. NYSC acted smart by not putting the guest privilege in the contract but made sure that the customer looked stupid. THEY LURE YOU CITING PRIVILEGES AND CHANGE THE RULE IN THEIR FAVOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GAME UNILATERALLY. Doesnt take a genius to figure out that they will change that rule again whenever it fits them to increase membership. Slapping the new rule on new members is quite understandable. They charged me for this month also, of course, and 25 more days left in the month. I will not go there anymore since I have some decency left. I will write off that money as donation to charity. Truly disappointed, I went into a meeting to sort out the matter but was told that the big boss would not budge. To those who are planning to join, beware of the traps and get things written in the contract. Those who have ears, let them hear.

DO NOT JOIN THE SHEISTY ASS DIRTY CLUB! When i went in with my sister it stunk like BO, but there was this gimmick for 19.95 a month, so i went in telling him that i would only be needing a membership for 2 weeks, so no annual commitment or anything. He said he understood, so I chose the option for 39.95 a month with nothing down, because the 19.95 option is if you pay about 150 dollars i think. So he showed me an electronic signature pad which i signed, and had no small print or anything near it. so it came out to 47and change on the day of, i thought, okay some fee or other, and then on 1/1/15 i got charged 39.95 again. Apparently there is an annual fee, but why would i pay an annual fee if i only plan on going for one month, or if you are paying month to month?! i spoke to the General Manager Eric who couldnt give a crap, because he got my signature and my money, and did not care that i was not informed about it at all, and he said it was next to the signature pad. i never saw this and neither did my sister. when i said i have an attorney friend i could talk to, he basically said bring it on. Also, you need to pay 10 dollars for towels here, really for smelly ass towels?!

AWFUL. Sign up for a month & theyll charge you until your credit card expires. Make it impossible to CANCEL your membership!! SCUMBAGS Now they have the nerve to call & ask for new form of payment. When asked a question or how to cancel membership the caller "Doesnt have the ability to do that" Dont join - Not worth the hassle afterward.

One of the worst locations Ive been to. Machines are routinely out of service or attachments for the cables are missing. The members have no gym etiquette, smell like BO and even masturbate in the shower. The staff here is unprofessional and doesnt care about its members.

Great trainers. They offer yoga, body conditioning, boot camp, Pilates, cardio kickboxing etc. Each class is 1 hour long and the coaches are pro at what they do. They help you individually even if the class is crowded.

The gym and locker room are very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. I usually go at lunchtime and it is busy but not overcrowded.
