Orangetheory Fitness is the best gym I have ever joined! Not only is it the best 60 minute workout, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. It is a true full-body workout, and I love that I can burn more than 600 calories every time. My favorite part of the workout is the fun music, and the short interval training. As the coaches always say, " You can do anything you put your mind to for 60 seconds." And its true. I surprise myself each time!

Orange Theory Syosset is an awesome club to belong to! The coaches are awesome the staff members are so great too. Everyone is so friendly :) Each coach brings their own style into the fitness room. They are so motivating and supportive. I have been a member since June 2016. I cant believe the changes I see in my body and my energy level. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for an intense, challenging, and all around great workout!!!

I love the balance between the heavy treadmill cardio and the weights/rower. I love the variation within a class and among the different classes. I always feel like a get a GREAT workout... every time. I am never bored and the hour actually flies by! I like the energy of all the other people working out, the great music and the energetic and motivational trainers.

The instructor was great. Kept an eye on everyone and gave me a well timed fist bump when I needed a push to keep going. Cant say how satisfying it is to make it through these intense workouts, and although a new member (4classes in) can already feel myself getting better (less gassing out, soreness, etc.). Cant wait to see how I feel in 6 months!

I loved the workout. I felt motivated by the coach, and I never got bored. It didnt feel like an hour, and I was energized the whole rest of the day. I just wish they had a 3pm class.

Staffs and coaches are good. People in class are also very nice. Variety of workouts are going on in class. Each class is different from short blocks to long blocks.
