Every time I go in there they help me. Ive never had any issues and for a discount store they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have given me great recommendations as far as hair care and I never feel like they are trying to upsell me, just telling me what they think I need in their professional opinion. Love them!

the ladies working there are not friendly. they stare at you and dont know much if you ask them a question. I was asking her if a particular straightener was good for curling hair as well and she was just staring at me. she didnt know that straighteners can be used for curling. so why stare. open your mouth and say something.
