My 17 year old daughter took advantage of the student summer special, three months. She loves it here & everyone has noticed the progress shes made. She began at the end of June & is almost done with the summer special theyve offered. I think she missed a total of 2 or 3 times. If you work hard, it pays off. We are hoping they offer another student special at the end of the summer so that she may take advantage of that one as well. The Speringo Family

Im pissed. I called to make sure they have a speed bag and punching bag, I also mentioned that I dont need no help and I want to work out on my own. Response was OK. I came and other lady said I need to go through their work out, there is no way I work out by myself. "Sorry thats the way things run here!" I mean seriously? How hard it is to say that over the phone so I dont waste my time?

Great trainers...30 minutes and that kick your behind, but more importantly? 30 whole minutes, almost every day that I do nothing but focus on my and my wellness. I feel strong and accomplished at the end of every session. LOVE IT!
