This gym has it all! any machine you could possibly need, including three chest fly machines alone! Friendly staff always greets you, they have a protein bar, various snacks and supplements for purchase, and classes (though i havent been). Paul is one of the owners and hes such a nice guy! The only thing lacking in the gym is the wifi connection once you hit the weight room, thanks to the concrete walls. But no worries...i just download a playlist on spotify so i can listen to it offline. If youre a more serious lifter, id highly recommend this gym!

yes it really is that good! Nice atmosphere and the owners are really there to listen to you.. nice facility and lots of free weights and machines. No attitudes that I have run into since joining a month and a half ago.

Best gym ever!! They only need to place a WiFi extender in the free weight room and itd be Disney world for gym rats.
