Proceed With Caution

- Younger female staff is too busy flirting with customers (male/female), texting on their phones, or chasing children around from behind the counter to PAY ATTENTION to the fact that weights are left un-racked and put away wrong, people are camping on machines, wet wipe containers are left empty to clean the machines, and how certain members at the gym are acting/dressing in a gym environment - Monthly membership cost of $40 is way to expensive for what that gym is offering members (No pool, no sauna, no steam room, small locker rooms, etc.) - Workout classes are cancelled all the time and the room that the classes are held in is small so not every member can take advantage of what they should be able to - Altercations take place quite often - Steroid sales take place on and in the gym premise - Certain customers who are working out in this gym are not paying members and are let FREE OF CHARGE because they went to school with the owners daughter **SUGGESTION, JOIN ANOTHER GYM - NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY SPENT**

There was this kid I grew up with; he was younger than me. Sorta looked up to me, you know. We did our first work together, worked our way out of the street. Things were good, we made the most of it. During Prohibition, we ran molasses into Canada... made a fortune, your father, too. As much as anyone, I loved him and trusted him. Later on he had an idea to build a city out of a desert stop-over for GIs on the way to the West Coast. That kids name was Moe Greene, and the city he invented was Las Vegas. This was a great man, a man of vision and guts. And there isnt even a plaque, or a signpost or a statue of him in that town! Someone put a bullet through his eye. No one knows who gave the order. When I heard it, I wasnt angry; I knew Moe, I knew he was head-strong, talking loud, saying stupid things. So when he turned up dead, I let it go. And I said to myself, this is the business weve chosen; I didnt ask who gave the order, because it had nothing to do with business!

Gym Rat Anonymous

Do not waste your time training at this facility. The staff is unattentive and RUDE. The equipment is never wiped down and is left with other members sweat on it. The rooms that the classes are held in are not big enough for the size of the facility. There are members that are let into the facility by the owners daughter who do not have memberships yet paying patrons cant get to use the equipment they want to because her "friends" are using it. The locker rooms are small. The equipment is broken and outdated. SIGN UP TO USE ANOTHER FACILITY or waste your money; your call.

By far the best gym Ive ever been to! The facility itself is beautiful and clean, and they have great equipment. They have the BEST staff. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help/spot you. Ive worked with two of their trainers so far and gained an insane amount of knowledge and motivational support from them. The bathrooms and showers are immaculate. My children LOVE the free daycare that is available (the girls who work there are so good with the kids). It is more than just a "gym"... the staff and members treat me like family. This place is the real deal!

Sketchy Place

Staff seems "bored" with their jobs. Younger and heavier set female is not friendly toward new members who are inquiring about potential membership at East End Fitness. It seems that if you sign up here your bank account will be milked dry with there COSTLY monthly dues that are $40 per month. Well MAYBE if you catch them on one of there "promotional" months you can get a lower monthly cost. Again, I would look elsewhere (Lift - Westhampton Beach, Unique Fitness - Shirley, Maximus Gym - Riverhead).

Was super nervous to come back to this facility based on my experience with previous owner. Previously this facility was moldy, dirty and had a negative vibe. WHAT A DIFFERENCE WHEN YOU COME IN NOW! Staff was really busy when I came in to check out the gym but they still had smiles on their faces and acknowledged me when I came in. The kids room was super clean and my 2 year old daughter now loves coming with me to play with all of her new friends! Love love love this gym!!!

The people at east end fitness are always so welcoming and make me feel like part of a family. Which is what I need to encourage me to work out. The facilities are also so clean. I love the spin instructors they motivate me and also challenge me. I keep coming back, I keep making time to work out in my busy day and am so thankful that I have east end fitness to come to. The classes are also convenient and have variety. You also get a sense of community which is so nice.

Love this gym as well as the people here! Everyone supports one another/respects and makes you feel like this is your second home. The owners are always willing to listen to what the members would be interested in. Truly this gym gives you an experience like no other. For me a gym should be a place where everyone is encouraging and supporting you to grow, and this gym does that for me and many other members! Clean, friendly, and encouraging. This gym feels like a family.

This gym is one of the best of best establishment on the whole east end. Theyre always polite and willing to give you a spot. There is a good mix of hard core lifters, soccer moms and college kids. The best part is their fantastic smoothies, a great healthy option to an end of a work out. Its a great atmosphere and I would highly recommend it to any of my friends.

One of, if not, the best gym Ive ever been to on Long Island. The place is immaculate and the staff is super nice and attentive. Having a kids room is the icing on the cake. Seems like the only negative reviews are internet trolls who have some sort of an axe to grind. I dont think the membership price is too much for the amount of equipment and UNLIMITED CLASSES!!

This is a great gym with the most friendly staff Ive ever come across. Ive been in and out of gyms for years and never have I come across such a professional, friendly staff. Happy to see the new owners care so much for the facility and making sure everything is kept clean and in working order. Definitely recommend!

Best gym on East End! Family atmosphere and the cleanest place to work out in.. If anyone says otherwise theyd be lying.. The staff is super friendly not to mention the owners are professional and treat the members and staff amazing! I would recommend you com in and check it out yourself.. Proff is in the pudding!

Ive been a member since the gyms inception in September. It has been a joy to see the gym grow and have each new member contribute to the wonderful atmosphere. The staff, members and owners are nothing short of exceptional. I found my home gym for a very very long time.

Great gym. By far the cleanest gym Ive trained at! Gets broken down at least 4 times a week! Staff is friendly and professional and courteous. Dont believe me, check it out for yourself, they will give you a free pass to try it! Got all my friends to join too!
