Went down three times to cancel and they still didnt even try to help me get my money back even though I had cancelled two times prior ...so I called corporate and they refunded my no problem...and just told me to send them a letter and date it for proof ...manager was a robot lol really thought but Vinny was nice I hope they get a better way to cancel to make this not happen I should be able to e-mail or something

Their employees give you misinformation. Thats what you get when you trust people at face value. Its all about the money. They tell you there are no additional fees to up grade. They charge you the annual fee for both memberships and then they want to charge you $58 dollars to cancel. Theyre crooks. i will never join a Franchise Gym again.

Its ok for the price. They have enough equipment and free-weights to fit various work out routines, but their grunting alarm is being abused by employees left and right. Showers are in terrible shape and mens restroom smells really bad with amazing consistency.

Not bad for price especially during promo times. About 30 % of their machines have issues with plugging headphones/sound. I and others have complained but nothing changes on same ones. Annoying.

Great gym and Fantastic staff! helped fix my gym membership and if you have trouble ask for a Mert, hes the most sweetest and kindest young man ive ever met that works there!

They will not let you cancel over the phone or let a family member do it for you. When you move 8 hours away they want you top come and cancel it in person.

Always pretty great. Sure Id prefer longer hours, but Im pretty satisfied. The staff AND the customers are friendly, and the joint is pretty clean

Staff is friendly, and place is always very clean. Wish the hours were longer though and a couple more stair master machines would be sweet!

Its clean, and the workers are nice. I just wish the music was louder for those who forgot their headphones, and that they were open late!!!
